Well for my own speculation we are 23% of population who are using bitcoin.. and i think we are increasing but we can say that we are fast growing but we are gradually increasing. that is why the price right now are gradually increasing and i think more people will use bitcoin and more demand will come..

If you think that 23% of the population use BTC right now then please show us your proof. Until you can show me the hard numbers and statistics your speculation has no bearing and is not backed up by facts. Why would we believe a random person in this forum who is sometimes surely brain farting from his mouth.

You can't really tell how many but you could just estimate. It's all about that like the human population, it's hard to say the actual number. You can't count your hair but you could estimate. It increases everyday for sure, some maybe just use it for business but not always being used.

yes that is right to say that it is very difficult to know the actual number of bitcoin users, but it is also a fact that the number of bitcoin users are increasing from time to time.

As mentioned users were getting increased time to time, but in reality actual number of bitcoin users cannot be calculated. Another fact is that bitcoin price variation is happening in accordance to the circulation of bitcoin made by the users and sometimes the variation happens based upon the increasing adoption.

There are quite a few people who have by far more than 1 bitcoin (actually, hundreds and thousands of bitcoins), while your average Joes may not have bought anything at all. In this way, such assumptions are meaningless unless I misunderstood something in what you wanted to say. In respect to the number of users, I don't think there are more than half a million active users around the world at present

For me the number of these people is an infinite number which cannot be counted just like our human hairs numbers cannot be counted pieces by pieces, thats how bitcoin works to life of people nowadays and its becoming more and increasing rapidly on those who use bitcoin for earning also a bitcoin. The number of people using bitcoin may not be easy to know exactly but we can estimate how many people there are by counting how many active wallets there are on each online wallet, but even then it is not even the actual the number because there are people using bitcoin in offline wallets, but it is a one way to guess the users of bitcoin.

For all existing users in the bitcoin nowadays no one record and sometimes 2 people have a wallet and also more than 1 addres, which makes such things can make the calculation is done manually or registration will be not very suitable in fact. Yup we should put our attentions on earning or getting better profits in bitcoin rather than keep bothering our selves on how many people are using bitcoin now and then. Maybe we can also be more focus on improving bitcoin network like making the transactions even faster so most of us will save more time when we need to transfer or receive bitcoin and if that happens then the number of people or investors will grow massive because of the great improvements that they can see on bitcoin.

That's what I think too, some users getting involve in bitcoins are only attracted by the high price but when the time comes that it goes down suddenly they will leave btc with no more reason. Bitcoin is just like of others opportunity that is treated by short term investment only. But in my side this is the only opportunity will run in lifetime.

Current price that has been subject to months of growth will surely attract people, but these people are just looking for a short term investment.

Everything is fine as long as the price keeps going up for people, but as soon as the price starts to plummet, people suddenly lose all confidence and turn from a bull into a bear.

What I try to say is that the majority of the people here are as volatile as the price is. One day they see great potential in Bitcoin, while the next day they are deeply disappointed and think Bitcoin has no future.
