Sorry to hear that's buddy, one weeks is enough to judge they are scam so don't waste your time just for made a withdrawal request and for next time better use for the site are recommended by many user.

Adalso becames scam some time ago, dont waste your time and ad spaces with them.

Try a-ads, or mellow (if you do not have adsense, o course)

At starting time of adalso, they pay for unique and valid click to me. But Now a day, they are not paying fairly for my click. I want to say, this thing happen only to me or other user also.
