It's not a ptc site to click and earn. It's a advertising network. If you have any business or website which needs traffic or more users, you can advertise it in other sites through this network. Cpc means cost per click. The advertiser has to pay 0.02BTC to the adnetwork, if he wants 1000 clicks on his banner.

It's a good news to hear that Adalso is functional again after 5 months if my memory is right. I know personally so many publishers waiting for the payment.Did you clear all those balances?I tell you something, you should clear those balances then only you will get back your long lost reputation. After that you will start getting advertisers.Anyway it's nice to have one more ad agency for bitcoin related sites.
