Click on add custom token.then fill out contract address,symbol and decimal for the coin.you can find these things on the coin Ann thread or coinmarketcap. hope it helps. 
You need the contract address, the decimal, and the symbol. Those are given in the bounty campaign you have joined. If not, go to ethplorer.io link in your myetherwallet and you can see those three requirements.
