The idea of ​​the project is to facilitate the creation of Tokens, whether it is fungible or non-fungible, and add the possibility of using these Tokens to more than just transfer them between the Wallets or display various arts.
This is done by changing the capital collection mechanism to build projects, known as ICO. Using the FIBRILLAR Smart Contracts a Fisc can be added and controlled by submitting proposals and voting on the proposals by the Tokens holder recorded within the Fisc.
The goal is to integrate between project management, Community and hedge fund.

The system consists of a set of interconnected smart contracts to achieve the following objectives:
