You can only use yobicodes if you want to list a coin and if they accept your coin,then they will activated it,but if they did not accept your coin,then you can activate your yobicodes yourself to recover the submission fee..
This is how it works and I think they have not yet change it..

Afaik yobit has a rule that they don't accept text only topics and ANNs from newbies. Not sure if the rule is for ICO coins or all coins.
Try contacting them directly , don't expect to receive a response from their onsite support, they are not responding even if you have millions involved.

-How did you contact them ?
-As long as zcashshare list is concerned,it might have been difficult to keep up with the updated information.
-How long since you sent the coins?
