which windows you are using?
Windows always 64 bits
Are they recognized in the device manager?
Almost guarantee that shutting your rig down and clearing the CMOS will fix your issue.

thank you i will try that later but dont have any usb sticks here atm :/ ...do you know the reason it is doing this or any other fixes i could try?the rig is currently on windows 8.1 64bit
Use Windows 10 or Linux and see if it works then...
hi so i am a noob to gpu mining, complete noob i bought a 4x XFX RX480 mining rig and the mobo had space to add 2 more so i hooked up my 2 nitro OC rx480s but it wont seem to mine with them they show up on msi afterburner but memory clock and core clock is just at zero is there something i need to install to get these 2 new gpus recognized....the 4 orignal gpus show as ellesmere where as the 2 i just put on dont im not sure if that is relevant as i said complete noob sorry if this is a repostdid look but couldnt see anything if any one could help or point em to a thread that could i would be most grateful!!
