I am addicted to using internet and networking sites.
Spend a lot of time on Facebook and Whatsapp.
I want your suggestions to ease the use of the Internet.
What do I do to avoid isolation and introversion in these sites

Not that it is an isolation, the truth is that social networks are very broad and get all kinds of issues, people you know very similar to the hobbies that we have and we feel identified, but what I recommend is that you do an activity physical, a sport, go to the Gym, meet people there, have another circle of friends, that way you may have a better balance.

It's really difficult not to check your phone but have you tried going off to somewhere where there's no signal and just enjoy nature itself?
If I will go to the mountains, I still bring my phone to take pictures.
Same here! But at least you aren't connected to the internet. It is really just the matter of balance and temperance. I once lost my self control too back then when I got into casinos where I spent a lot of days so I decided to self-ban myself. But then, I discover online gambling. It help me a lot to control myself since I only open my computer at home after I finish my day job. I guess the best way to fight addiction is find a better and healthier alternative to that hobby so you can really control yourself from going overboard to anything.

What do I do to avoid isolation and introversion in these sites
Its difficult to avoid isolation in using social media sites because nowadays it is the easiest way to communicate with friends and other people all around the globe. Specially in facebook and other social media sites where in people make their day complete using it. And as for me its too difficult to avoid because it is my daily routine to go to facebook and see updates of my friends and relatives.

I think everybody feels the same way, we probably spend too much time on social media. I would limit my time by assigning some time frame to check social media, like coffee break or lunch break.

That's a big step! Congrats, I guess Grin
I was thinking of doing the same but then I don't have any other connection to many people whom I like and want to follow their lives... Gonna stick to social media for the time being

I think a lot of people have been addicted to social networking sites, they spend a lot of time in browsing these sites thus wasting a great deal of precious time.
You are right.
Time goes on without interest so we have to use the Internet to make money and enjoy, especially on YouTube.

I really admit that I got hooked on these social media sites, specially Facebook and Twitter. So, gradually I spend less time on these sites and learned to divert all my time to a much more productive way, like earning money through cryptocurrencies. I manage and handle all my altcoin assets through Bitrus that supports 50+ coins and other platforms like its interface and tools together with its active community that favors beginners.
Social media sites now is really addictive and makes us all user lazy. May i know your way on earning money through Bitrus exchange?
I trade on this platform that has much lower transaction fees, Get to know Bitrus via their Website

Consider the times when others have constantly made comments to you about always being on social media. Think also of the times that you find yourself unable to keep up with your responsibilities. If you notice a pattern, then it is time to admit that you have a problem. Make a pact to commit to improving your situation
I'm actually in trouble. So I raised the subject. I think about my responsibilities a lot. And I became afraid of the time I had wasted.

Most people use networking sites like Facebook or whatsapp very often because they are bored and don't know what else to do. Another obsession that people have is TV shows and some people spend all their day watching those. In order to stop using this kind of websites that much you have to spend some time with yourself alone and think why do you really spend all your time on something that doesn't help you with anything. Start reading, learn a new skill, a new language or do something else and don't care anymore about Facebook since it is completely useless, unless you have a business there or you are working on your page so that later you can generate some income from that but I know for sure that's not what you are doing. At the end only you can help yourself to stop this addiction.

Do it during your spare time, if you have been dedicating to social networking sites ask yourself if its helping you to be more productive. But if it isn't then you better start thinking that these kind of activities are just killing your time.

It's okay to stay for few minutes up to hours by just doing nothing but if its already too much and your other important things are also affected, you need to do a reversal.
Thanks for this advice I will devote time to it. Or just use them for free time. Smiley

I think we are very difficult to go because social media applications / sites are ways we interact with distant friends and relatives and have activities with each other so they rarely get together and joke so we don't have to leave it we just need to use it wisely and well
Many friends so I spend a very long time and I speak with them. I hope I can lighten that
