Good evening. Due to the recent changes of receiving Merit points, I would like to offer addition to system. Remuneration in Merit points for evidential information on sale of merit points. First, it will be simpler to beginners to earn long-awaited Merit points . Secondly, the administration can not always follow the swindlers selling points. Therefore, in my opinion, it would be the quite good decision
