all of transaction use fees only 224satosi

maybe need 1month to get 1confirmation

Thats a different case as that transaction have very small output of 1100 satoshis so that would take time as miners can see that as dust

Outside of spam attacks its no problem to get transactions without fees verified as long as you use big and old enough inputs. E.g. 1 BTC with ~144 confirmations should confirm within the next few blocks if the TX is no larger than ~250Byte.

I see. I've been sendig amounts from 0.01 btc and below and no problem in confirming without fee.

Same thing, the priority is high enough if the 0.01 btc has 14400 confirmations. Which is ~100 days. It might also be that you are using a service that is paying the fees for you, like e.g. xapo.

That could be the answer. Thanks shorena for clearing this up to me. Maybe the service does pays for the fee as I haven't had any problems with it. I learned another thing today. Grin

you sending bitcoin without transaction fee , if you were lucky, you will get your transaction confirmed between 1week-2week, but, in some case the transaction cancelled

I was wondering, I never had any problem with sending coins without fee. Always receives them after some minutes but why does some people have this issue of not receiving their coin fast enough without the fee. :/

you are just lucky if your no fee transaction got confirmed after some minutes. normally it wont get confirmed and it will be canceled and will be forgotten by the network after 2-3 days

Also, why you created a multisig address for such small amount?

Maybe s/he was just testing things.  I often test with small amounts before doing something more "serious".  Anyway, I think you guys figured out the problem here ...

If you click on the transaction on blockchain.info and hover your mouse over the '⚠' symbol you can see the warnings, which say:

Basically you're trying to send dust with very small amount of fees and I don't know if these will ever get confirmed because miners might think this is another spam attack. Also, why you created a multisig address for such small amount?

I will assume that this is your address https://blockchain.info/address/3GWQ24JVWjVCT4uDKnvNJEbYJSwySQM4d7.If yes than the fees for those transactions were to small.
