Can you try using the following shortcut keys and let me know if you can now see the tabs:

1) ALT + V + A - Should Show / Hide Addresses tab
2) ALT + V + I - Show / Hide coins tab
3) ALT + V + T - Show / Hide contacts tab
4) ALT + V + S - Show / Hide console

Also ALT + V and ALT + W should dropdown the View and Wallet tabs as you press those keys.

This combination of shortcut keys has given me an access to hidden tabs. I'm happy ).

xdrpx, you are great! Thank you very much.

Thank you for your replying, but unfortunately menus View and Wallet are absent on interfaces of Electrum new versions for Linux. It's  inconvenient for using on OS of Linux. I think it's possible to unlock hidden tabs 'Addresses', 'Console', 'Contacts', but in standardized install of wallet I can't unlock hidden tabs.

Who can help me in solving this problem?

That's strange, I'm on Manjaro - Arch Linux 64 bit and on Electrum 3.0.6. I can see the menu's View and Wallet. A screenshot from your end of your Electrum menu would be helpful or the interface (Create a new wallet by performing CTRL + N, to not reveal any personal wallet information or balances).

Here's a screenshot of my Electrum that I run from Linux Binaries -

The address tab must've been hidden. Try to go to View  > Show Addresses and you should now be able to see the tab. Also, this applies to other tabs such as 'Coins', 'Console' and 'Contacts'.

Also since you want to access the private keys of addresses you can alternatively do this as well: Wallet > Private Keys > Export and this should show every corresponding address generated in your wallet with their private keys.

Hello, I'm using Electrum on Ubuntu. I can't see address tabs in new versions to have private keys. These tabs are in old versions for Linux until 2.6.2, and in all versions for Windows. How can I take out address tab in new versions of wallet for Linux?
