you can try contacting paypal and saying them you were scammed
I would recommend you not to do that, just say that your account was hacked (or something like this).
PP usually is not willing to refund if you've sent your money by yourself.
i send the amount using friends & family.

just forget about it, small amount.

the amount can be low still being his money and being robbed by someone is not something that can be accepted, if it were in real life the thief would already be in prison



OP try to get in touch with paypal and explain your situation, you must tell the truth to paypal so that they help you, show all evidence that you have

just ignore him, do not respond to his messages anymore as he may try  to use it against you
also this forum is "libertarian", as in freedom of speech is deemed important, so you can always say whatever you want, threads like these are allowed, even if maybe misplaced

i want to sell my pp and this user send me msg and we deal on this site.
20 pp with 17.5 btc
i already send him paypal money but he is saying money is frozen and not sending me btc
and i tell him to refund but he is saying money is frozen.
WHAT CAN I DO?
