I never sent a BTC wallet to anyone and I learned about PGP for the first time. If I do not have this information, can not I return my account?
You can't if you don't have a way of proving that the account is yours.

I read this topic. I wrote a message to the admin theymos in the PM. But I did not send anyone the address of my bitcoin purse. Therefore the form is filled incorrectly. I remember the password and I know my email.
Why did they block me? I just wanted to improve security my account security

I very rarely recover accounts if you can't prove ownership as described above. There are alternative ways of proving ownership, but they take too much time. If I point you to this thread, you can't prove ownership properly, and then I ignore your future PMs, this means that I'm not going to recover your account. Create a new one.

Using a secret question causes your account to be locked.
If you lose your password, DO NOT USE THE SECRET QUESTION TO RECOVER THE ACCOUNT. It will result in your account being locked. Please use the email recovery option to recover the account.
