I completely disagree with this list and I believe that none of the points that you indicated will be implemented. 1) the bull market may not come in 2020 and the possibility of this is very high. 2) privacy will be popular only when a large number of people will use cryptocurrency 3) Altcoins will die after some time 4) IEO will no longer be a popular format.
When crypto wanna be adopted by ordinary people and forget about the privacy because the regulators will not even allow the privacy coin to be adopted as it can be used for the criminals. About the first point and that depends on the hype of bitcoin.
The third points are not matching with the fact that more coins, and fewer functions.

So far, safe crowdfunding, IEO on crypto-world, with the condition that the exchange has a good reputation. But if the exchange is not dominated, the project can work together to commit fraud. But unfortunately for the moment the IEO project has no real potential, only a few are successful, and this is why there is too much manipulation of the project, f*ck volume is too frequent. Maybe for now the project has the potential to wait for the market to improve and I'm sure about that.
Personally i think that in 2020 crypto market will definitely do better than what we saw in last 2 years. Mostly because this new year will bring more and more institutional investment in crypto market, adoption will also increase that will also result in the boost of crypto market.
