tnx for reply Smiley . I tried and work great ( 460 570 480 )

hi guys.with adrenalin driver,  RX 4 series and RX 5 series work contemporany on same rig?

Yes. The Adrenaline drivers work for all GCN architecture cards, from Southern Islands cards through Vega.

You can always click "Supported products" on this link

https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64

and check for yourself...sooner or later support will drop, but RX4 and RX5 will probably
be supported for few more years

Running RX580's on the older Adrenalin Drivers 18.2.1, getting decent 29/30 Mh/s, will not upgrade until I have confirmation that the newest drivers does anything (positive) to enhance my hashrate.

Same here.  I went from blockchain to 18.2.1.  Small hash rate bump.  Very stable.  Not changing anything for the foreseeable future.

Does anyone know why my hashrate decreased with adrenaline 18.3.3, before using this driver I'm used blockchain driver and it's better than adrenaline. I've changed my graphic to compute mode, but the hashrate can't same with blockchain driver

More details about your problem will probably help us help you.

1. What GPU do you have?
2. What are coin are you mining?
3. What mining software are you using?
4. What was your hashrate then and now?
5. What are your overlcock settings?

Its been a few weeks since these drivers were released and the latest driver update i see is on 12/19/2017.

Am building a new rig and i'm posting on this thread to ask if anyone can confirm the hash rate increase while using the new Adrenalin driver? Or would i be better of with the 17.11.14 version?

Env - RX580, win7, DDU'ed.
Any advice would be gr8ly appreciated.

I have updated driver to the newest one 17.12.1 and now my rx 570 is stuck to 300 mhz core clock which cripples mining performance Sad Has anyone noticed something similiar ? I've had issues with radeon mining after the latest windows update, before the card would only do 19 mh/s eth max with blockchain driver, but now it's doing 6 which is completely not worth it.

Not enough info, can't compute. What miner? What OC tool?
Wattman works for me on RX560s and RX580s, so its you, not driver (although, drives DID broke claymore voldage, frequency and fans control,
and temperature and fan speed report)

Here's as much information as possible, This is asus rx 570 strix 4gb, bios modded to 1500 strap, using windows 10 1709 and 10.0 claymore's dual miner, I have tried using msi afterburner and wattman for overclocking, but the card stays in idle mode for core clock resulting in crippled performance - https://i.imgur.com/XLnuXHn.png I have applied atikmdag patcher as with all of my other cards, and had no issues until the 1709 windows update. Now I can't force the gpu to work at anything but idle 300 mhz, I have tried deleting adrenaline drivers and going back to the blockchain ones, but it's still the same.

Try to download more recent Afterburner, beta 16 is a bit old, there was few betas and final version released afterwards

No change in mining for RX cards, except it broke few things in some popular miners
I didn't see anything about Vega, although I didn't look too hard, as I don't own any
Thx, I don't have any Vega either, but I'm still using 17.6.2 drivers and thinking about update those drivers Cheesy Seems like not to this one...

I notice that this adrenalin driver makes configuration -cclock -mclock etc from claymore dual mining 10.0 with no effect

I use wattman to force configuration. Not easy at all.

Do you notice that ?

For me nothing works, I switched the driver to "compute" mode, core clock is just stuck to 300mhz, adjusting it with msi afterburner or wattman does nothing, it's like the card thinks it's idle while working on claymore's ethminer.

AMD Claims you don't have to toggle compute for Vega, but who really knows unless you test old compute drivers against current ones.

Yes, I know it. There is no option for vega because amd told me that this option is not needed coz vegas are already optimised for gpu workload.
What I want to know is if the monero hashing is the same like  on the blockchain driver?

I had to repatch but no issues after patch.

arielbit - I was testing this on a slower rig for stability. The 460 and 560 give me agood idea if there is a hashing difference on Monero. So far none. And they are Pitcairn and Tahiti. So far the drivers seem stable just as before without loss of hash for those looking to upgrade. Maybe the faster cards get a better boost.
Ok, what about vega and monero?

I loaded it up for my slower rig to give it a test. The computer option is only present for the 4/5xx cards. I have a 460 and a 560 in this rig. Not present for the older 7850/7970(280) cards it runs. Monero mining. Using same clocks and XMR stak made zero difference in hash rates. Now mining stable for 15m. Havent tried any other coins (ETH) or cards.

lol the tahiti owners got the adrenaline not the cards..

This driver increases performance in games and not in mining! Why test fate? The driver page does not say anything about using it in the mining.

17.11.4 also didn't say anything about mining but those drivers work well.... except that afterburner didn't work with that driver....

Can anybody confirm afterburner is working with these drivers? With my present drivers 17.11.4 (as with previous 17.11.3, 2 and 1) afterburner did nit work and I had to rely on somewhat buggy Sapphire TRIXX.

Dag fix is not included in this driver. My rx 470 suffers a huge hash decrease compared to blockchain driver.
I am not sure why they claim %15 increase in the offical release document. There are some cool gaming related features in there tho

1. DAG fix IS included
2. Your RX480 suffer because you didn't care to read documentation and see that you have to switch from Graphics to Compute
3. They claim 15% increase in some GAMES
4. Yes, finally we don't need fraps and similar tools to see FPS and more in overlay, have performance log, change settings directly from game etc

I am installing the new driver now... see if it does anything on Cryptonight mining.

I am seeing a very small bump on my RX480s... looks like 3% or so on Cryptonight in SGminer 5.5.5 after enabling Compute mode.

Was sitting at ~610 H/S now I'm at ~630 H/S
Ok, that is a good for an old gpus. And what about rx vegas? How it's looking?
