No where does it mention it added bitcoin or pays out in bitcoin, I know trust me I use them and speak with my account manager all the time, Bitcoin is being added but no exact date on when it will happen
I means, i agree with you, juicyads not accept bitcoin as far as i see, there is no sign bitcoin accept as their payment. it's mentioned on the news but seems like nothing action for adopt bitcoin, maybe someday they will.

Guys where do you see juicyads paying out in bitcoins? NO Juicyads does not pay out in bitcoins or even accept bitcoins in their site

You can give the following networks a try adclx.com, adprimary.com, juicyads, pornearn though not really sure if they still pays out with bitcoin.

Normal bitcoin ad networks like a-ads.com have NSFW section, which might fit your requirement.I don't think it is going to be very successful. because almost all of the places who use these advertising networks will not allow any sort of NSFW ads to be showed on their ad place (they uncheck the NSFW checkbox in their settings) because they are mostly about bitcoin, faucets, etc which can not place these kind of content on their website.
Juicy ads pay via bitcoin and a-ads also have adult section NSFW for advertisers and publishers. If you want to advertise your adult sites than a-ads and juicy ads both are better.
Maybe the question should be are there ad networks that accept bitcoin that have adult services companies buying ad space?
