Escrow sounds good, but investing in gambling sites seems to be vey risky, at some point the owners notice that they could earn far more by just walking away with the money, than work hard to hopefully make some money to pass on to the investors!

I don't quite get your point. From your post, you claim to be able to get some nice profit through gambling with a secret strategy.
But if all the investments are held by Maidak, how are you going to use them and generate the 10% return?
I plan on using my own funds to generate the return. Once I have generated a 10% return for the investor, using my own funds, I will send my own funds over to Maidak, plus the 10% return, and he will release the investor funds to me, and my funds to the investor.But if all the investments are held by Maidak, how are you going to use them and generate the 10% return?
What's in it for me? I generate a return a little more than 10%, and keep the difference. The only way I'll lose money in the long term is if all my accounts get shut down. I take every precaution to make sure this doesn't happen, but anything can happen. If all the accounts with an investors funds get shut down, the investor gets 25% of their investment back. (This is all explained in the original post). So the safety net for me, is that if the accounts get shut down, I only lose 25% of my funds. This is the risk for the investor, and the risk for me as well, but I'm willing to take it, because there is such an extremely slim chance of this happening.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
I am sure people would like to see your stats before you actually start gambling on the site.

He'll use his own bank roll (assuming it is more than 1BTC since that is the max investment) and then gamble with that. If the casino is shut down or if the site closes, he still gets 75%.But if all the investments are held by Maidak, how are you going to use them and generate the 10% return?
My assumption is he has another guy either paying him for this post, or knows how to play and he is investing in him. I can't think of any other reason why someone would do this. Definitely not for themselves.
It seems he would invest in someone who is or claims to be professional with his own funds, gets his return, gets funds out of escrow etc. It makes sense if you think about it.

My bankroll is more than 1 BTC, so I am going to use my own bankroll. If the casino is shut down, or if all my accounts are closed, I only lose 25%. Every investment involves risk, and that is the risk of this investment.
However, I am a one-man operation. I can assure you that no one is paying me for this post. I am going to be the one playing. By the way, this method does not take a lot of skill, so one does not have to be a "professional" to implement it. It is advantage play, but it is not card counting, or anything even remotely close to that, or anything else that involves a decent amount of skill.
