Yes i agree with you, they have stopped replaying once there is nothing more they can say.
When you type "advcash scam" into google, there are quite a few results and it suggests the problem has existed for a while. If they do not accept a passport or drivers license it is a huge warning sign. You need to be careful who you share this kind of documentation with in future, because scammers can potentially use it to claim things in your name. One good indicator of whether they are trustworthy is having a verifiable physical address and published contact details.

I am having issues with advcash now the price of btc has increased, I have a Physical card unverified with a $1000 limit and have loaded the card to the tune of $192, within the limit that requires them to have my id.
I went to multiple ATM to cash out the payment did not go through, I contacted support and they said briefly you need to verify your account.
I have tried to withdraw money from my card back to ADV Wallet so convert back to bitcoin they refuse and card is frozen.

They have not responded to my numerous messages stating that I need to verify my account. So i uploaded a Passport Copy , Credit Card Statement and credit card photo. They rejected both for reason not was from the required document list.

I have Created more than 5 tickets since Wednesday 24 may, The only replay i got after requiring to unload my card is to fill a form from wave crest and sent it to them back no replay until now.
I have used ADV Cash more than 4 times but turned out being loyal and trustful customer is a bad thing.
