Xapo accepts non-European customers. It is based in Hong-Kong and was founded by an Argentinian man

My Xapo card also is gone because visa new rules.

Can you explain? What visa rules are they?

same rules as mastercard only eu country
and this is not because of visa or mastercard
the law makes them do it, anti money laundering and what not..

they try everything to stop the real meaning of cryptocurrency

Here is a huge list of bitcoin cards:

https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@bitcoinshirtz/a-full-list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-for-2017

Go through it and see if there is some that suit you - there are some that srn't visa or mastercard (like capitalist.net which uses wavecrest)
Thaught, that wavecrest was the problem, that wouldn't issue worldwide. But many thanks for sharing the list.

Your title is misleading as Advcash is not gone, and they are operating just fine. They just stop to offer service outside the European zone. Like any other service that was using the same issuer Mychoice. Secondly, most of the owners of the card are aware of this since more than 1 month.
Wagecan and Cryptopay are alternatives for those still looking for a card but are not European

This is a bitcoin forum so this card also is gone for those which not live in europe.
Cryptopay stopped the new mastercard program as well. I ordered one in 01/09 and some days ago received an email that they will not offer more mastercard cards for non european residents. Just a waste of time.

WageCan[1] is only of the few card that is not issued by Wave Crest nor Mychoice - which means that it will work worldwide. The only problem is that the card costs $162 (don't really know why).
My other choice would be the TenX card, which can be loaded with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and will support other cryptocurrencies in the future.

wagecan's cards are way too expensive for the average Joes, in my opinion.

Advcash wasn't really a bitcoin debit card, since you needed to have their native USD currency on Advcash to actually get it(even though you can indirectly fund your account with bitcoin). Apart from Wagecan, Tenx and Centra, I think that wirex are still offering bitcoin debit cards.

Pretty sure that they are worldwide. Have stopped using wirex a month back because of this, but i've received emails about it.

is wagecan trustworthy?

when I read the title I thought they had become a scam, but in the end is just about the plastic card, why you are scaring people with a title like these: "  Advcash is gone too... " well, I asked for their plastic card for 5 times and it never arrived in my country and their support always answered me after 9 days, until I gave up, so this news does not make me sad

The terms clearly say they won't issue virtual cards too:

"We regret to inform you that starting today due to recent Mastercard policy changes Wave Crest Holdings, our card provider, is unable to offer plastic and virtual cards to users in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA)."

But unless they tight their requirements for virtual credit card creation, that even unverified users can can create and use, one still can make an account with fake data from some EEA country and use the  virtual cards with $250 limit

Important Advanced Cash Card Program Update

We regret to inform you that starting today due to recent Mastercard policy changes Wave Crest Holdings, our card provider, is unable to offer plastic and virtual cards to users in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

At the moment, we do not issue new Advanced Cash cards to countries outside the EEA/SEPA zone.

Existing cards issued to non-EEA countries will remain active for 90 more days, after which they will be blocked.

We are working to keep offering our cards to countries where we have the most users despite these policy changes. We will be able to tell you more about this at a later stage.

We apologise for any possible inconvenience in this regard.
