An idiot who earns some BTC I would say. Yet again we convinced some advertisers, the beginning of a succes!
Ow, regarding the Wiki, I guess it is a contributor or a fan.

Not calling you an idiot, I'm calling the people that are advertising idiots. No one will ever see those ads except other people looking to advertise thus making them ZERO dollars.Anyone reading this spend your money with Google Adwords and actually get ROI.

Only worth it if you get the traffic and apparently you don't.

And ads work best when integrated into like content. Why would someone come to a site selling ads to see my ad?

It is 0,001 BTC per pixel, not per block. We are providing the necessary traffic towards our website.
Again new advertisers signed-up!  Kiss https://1000bitcoinpage.com/ Kiss
Oh!
You are evaluating your website at 1000 Bitcoin then?! That's just nuts!
Even making facebook put your ad on the front page of the login screen for a whole month is cheaper than that!. You are implying that you have 900 000 $ + traffic worth
That's just nuts!

Nah someone has done this before and succeded. I'm sure you can still find this website, it had a name like "1.000.000$ website"
Not a fair comparison. http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/ is an unique case that got a lot of media attention all over the world.
http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/press.php and it started as a charity like project helping a student pay for his student fees. He did work it and advertised his website to the point that it became a well known event in internet history.
There are many that try to copy it, but noone succeed, it was a one time thing.

Damn right it is.. these ads can't be real, I don't believe any of these services paid that much at all.

I just don't see how this site can be useful. People don't browse the web and say “I know, I will visit a site made of a bunch of ads”. Ads are usually found on other sites, preferably with content related to the article being read, etc.

On the other hand, I think the price is too expensive. 0.1 BTC for a 10×10 square that nobody can see? And I bet it's worse in those Retina displays.

That's not what I mean.
You are evaluating your whole advertisement space for 10BTC
100x100 grid at 0.001 BTC / block == 10BTC.
As advertisement space you should provide the traffic you offer in order for anyone to invest advertising with you.
