i believe that your script is ok. but i hope that you do not expect that someone will buy on the basis of several images. the price from 8BTC is not small that just buys.

Yes. publishers can disable networks in their sites and then display other networks ad if they set it up. If for instance a publisher's site receives traffic from Asian countries where he can't monetize through your network, then he could turn on the option to monetize it thru other network.
so a user from Asian countries can see different adnetworks ad displayed while European and US see different as well.

The price is going up every time you add those functionalities. 
I've once work as an affiliate manager of an adnetwork and the feature I like the most of that network is for the publishers to monetize non targeted traffic.
Maybe you can add that feature as well.

Do you mean if you only support CPC, the script can work on a shared hosting?

Your script would need to be high security - Bitcoin ad networks are regularly DDOSed and hacked, Adbit.co being one example and MellowAds goes down quite a lot.
Your price is pretty high, especially given the amount of ad networks out there at the moment. Your investment is only guaranteed if there's an uptake of advertisers -as far as I'm aware, most people are still using the older networks - and the new ones are growing their marketshare daily I'm sure; Advert.io, Mellowads, Adalso being the newest...
I don't know if there's really room for another unless it's remarkably different. 4 BTC for an AdAlso clone script isn't really a fair price. I haven't seen the Ad-Also pool hit 1BTC yet and I think markabi is struggling to balance his prices (network advertising is fairly expensive at present).

I've been meaning to buy an adnetwork script lately. I'm thinking of targeting a specific niche to cater publisher and advertisers of this [articular niche.

What exactly my contacts told me. we could just buy those that already exist and being used by adnetworks these days. Adbrite script is is much cheaper. This is why I'm asking which network is also using this script.

providing the list of publishers in the network can only limit the number of advertisers, especially if they see nothing in the list is within their niche. whereas if there is a CPM option, advertisers can simply test the network and analyze the statistics before focusing to a single publisher's site.

seem like not a good idea to have one user to which he can be a publisher and advertiser as well. this means that a publisher can view all the list of advertisers in the network right? is it possible to take out this permission as the admin?

I agreed with you that Advertising Networks has the most income these days but that is without some hard work and consistent efforts on the part of the admin.
It will surely cost some funds to set up, get publishers and advertisers and maintain the business.
4 btc is on a high side for this type of effort demanding business.
