I think you had better spent more time learning experience from trust manager. Also, you can hire the signature designer.

I'm going to be managing a bounty campaign for Konkrete Blockchain and was wondering if any experienced Managers had any advice on best practice?

I'm wondering how I can make nice signatures and some methods for keeping track of people's bounty contributions

Been wondering on how you are being chosen inspite on having no knowledge and no experience about bounty handling unless if you do lie into that project owner or admin and tell you can handle it out and now you do ask to the public on how you gonna supposed to do? When it comes to signature you are not the ones who would do that but you just need for signature designers to make it with having a specific price.

Usually the team are very specific in choosing a bounty manager, they usually choose the high rank member as they see it fit but of course thr experience matter.

Personally, I suggest that you hire at least one assistant that can give you a hand in counting reports in social media as this is the most crucial thing in bounty. And by now you should be expecting an emotional and physical stress since this isn't an easy thing to do so be prepare.

And have a transparency to your participants, don't cheat on them.
when he says his habit of managing gifts from someone who is experienced and highly ranked is correct and because of that, I suggest that you grow trust by carrying out a thorough check on every project that you will manage, so as not to make you become a mediator a scam project ride. lastly you need a team to manage and filter every gift campaign so it's not messy and if you can't make your signature, you can rent it with PM to me

OK, my two cents are this. Focus on quality. The best managers are recognized for having basic managing skills. They are on time, they are efficient, they can communicate well between participants and projects. But quality is the thing that many managers don't look at.

This isn't even just the quality of content that the participants post, that is somewhat easier to manage. But the quality of the projects they are working for is what is important. I've seen now reputable managers ruin their income by promoting scam projects. That was their fault for not taking care of their own due diligence.

Get the best projects, satisfy both ends, because unhappy participants ruin not only the project but the managers in the end.

I have no experience in bounty managing but I'd like to remind you that do your job well and be responsible with your decisions. If you caught participants cheats on your sheet, act accordingly. Most of the bounties are being abused by a lot of bounty hunters that are good on it so keep an eye and have your standards.

Well, I have never been a bounty manager but has taken part in several bounties and met different bounty managers and can thus share some of the things you should do or not do when managing a campaign:
1. Bear in mind it is extremely stressful given the fact that you are going to be dealing with huge volumes of data to keep proper records of and at the same time be dealing with people of different natures(calm, easily infuriated, impatient etc you will see them when you start)

2. Don't procastinate else the work load will pile up in no time and you will end up losing sleep because you have to meet deadlines amist people yelling at you ad sending never ending PMs.

3.Be very meticulous else you will cheat some people when it comes to awarding stakes.

4. Be friendly and responsive to the hunters you manage, they will recommend you one day for another job or when they see yo u managing a campaign they will want to join it.Thus promoting you!

5. Be in constant touch with the devs of the project so as to know the latest news and trends revolving around the project!

Lastly, keep track of the work you do and always back it up through pictures, documents etc so that when you lose data at a point you won't have a problem recovering it. This is the few i can tell you. All the best managing the campaigns.

Simple way is, if you can't make signature for your bounty, just hire a professional who can make it.

If you utterly decided that you have the balls to manage a campaign, go ahead and dip your feet into the water. This will be you first time, right? This will definitely provide very good experience for you and will be very important in your future managing jobs.

One advice that I would like include in my message (this is based from the experience that I previously had with my first campaign) is to layout definitively all the rules that will be applied in your campaign. Every minute details and rule that you think will be included in your campaign should be well-presented in your opening post. In this way, no one will be able to make some exception during your campaign just because you forgot to include something. Explain it well in a sense that even a kid would understand it.

The work of a bounty manager is much as you have a lot of participant to manage and if you do not have good experience and knowledge of how to go about it and be successful, I think it is not good so I will suggest you take time to learn from experienced mangers and for the signature, hire a signature designer.

I think if you are a newbie in bounty management, you should hire more staff to assist you. A lot of work has to be done in a campaign and you need a really experienced team to manage the project most effectively.

You should definitely use a bot for social media awards, otherwise counting by hand would be really exhausting and wrong. I also recommend that you have a lot of fair and online time.

I think you will need to have your own team to manage the bounty because the participant will be alot, you couldn't manage it by yourself. You also need to create Google Form to manage it, hire the signature designer, open telegram channel for support .... It will be huge job now. Good luck

If you are very new to the bounty managing then you can hire the signature designer and thread creation services, but managing the bounty is not an easy task it needs lot of time everyweek since there were lot of people will participate on the social media campaigns and also you need to be aware of scammers who uses fake profiles to get rewards so you need much time for tracking the spreadsheet.
