It is just a two words domain. I don't think they have any value, except if you find already started project which uses these words in the name. If you are not a domain trader, why you register it?
Anyway, you can use it for the blog, for example, there is no priority that there is a strong meaning in the name itself.
My advice to think, in which niche is your interests, then use this domain to promote your hobby or whatever where you have some knowledge

You can sell this domain if you don't want to use it. But if you want to use it and want to get a good revenue you can start your own website. For like you can open a blog site where you will write content for Defi projects regularly.
