Because 99% of ICOs and IEOs failed to do anything substantial you are thus seeing a higher number of people claiming scam than some few who are not complaining. Those few who are not complaining may also been scammed but dont want to tell it yet.Anyway adjustment is the wrong term here. Bounty hunters need to stop doing bounties because they are wasting their time now. The ICO craze is gone now and its just worthless tokens in your wallet.

Two weeks to go and we will be in the year 2020, i personally think that now is the perfect time to take bounty hunting very serious because new good projects will start showing up, scam projects will be around as well but with good research you can easily evade them

I promoted a project in 2017 with a Jr. Member account and I made around $300 in three weeks ks but since then it has become impossible for me to make such amount in baunty. I have to work more harder than before. I see there has been a reduction in the bounty participants, the possibility of cheating on the copy link or even from the campaign manager who was too negligent to see the truth on the participant list sheet, and added to the lack of clarity about the payment of the participants who made it happen, I hope there is no more bounty campaign which is considered to be detrimental to many parties, especially accounts that are victims of accusations that he did not do at all, at least there is a breakthrough for all bounty campaigns to use KYC so that no one is harmed and know the truth for participants participating in bounty campaigns ..

Back then things are easy, there are few very scam projects, but now it's the other way around, there are so many scams projects and very few legit projects, it's really hard to make what projects that will give you a good reward because you will have to wait for months even a year to see if the coin can get into the market and get a good price.
That's right, the difference is very clear. there used to be so many promising projects that some of them were very rarely deceptive and on average many of them succeeded. but at present, there are so many fraudulent projects that are widely used to take advantage of investors but cannot provide the expected returns from everyone involved in the project.

The new campaign that is present is also expected to be of better quality where bounty managers do not take part randomly, without screening / researching in depth, and only publishing it here without feeling guilty. I just thinking, if bounty hunter give a good contribution to this forum then there won't be any scam project that appear because they have known it. There is one reason why the bounty hunter got scammed or never been paid by a bounty campaign i.e they forgot how important it is to seek knowledge first.

So, you are telling people not to quit bounty hunting and get scammed or paid less. Well, you are the problem over here. You are just encouraging those scammers to scam more. To rip off more people who are trying hard. It is people like you "who are not quitting" and accepting less payment, thus has no incentive to do their "job" properly. Bullshit. All ICOs/IEOs are scams. Accept that and move on in life. If you think that bounty tokens would have sky rocketed because bitcoin did then you are mistaken. The present situation of things is that one has to work twice as hard to earn from bounties and even at that, the amount to be earned is not certain. You have the point but success will somewhat need some mix up of some luck on choosing projects.Why? Not all looking good ones are legit and those whom you do believe were trash are the good ones.Identifying and differentiating would really takes time and effort but majority of bounty hunters arent really that patient enough to do those measures.You cant say that people wont think on how to make money

Because it is difficult to counter it unless there is no regulation or any step is taken by the forum admin. Until this issue is resolved, all you can do is stay away from bad projects. Worthless bounties are more than useful ones, so because of this, I just selectively participate in bounty hunting and not just dive into all bounty with all my energy. I don't want to be heartbroken. Sometimes a very promising project may even tell you they are cancelling the project because of lack sales.
Now it is impossible to conduct a qualitative analysis. Since the scammers began to make very high quality fakes. You will not be able to immediately understand whether this project will deceive you or not. Therefore, today the ICO is like a casino game with a 90% loss. Advice is very easy to give after 3-4 months, if you don't get nothing than you will feel something. No! I'm not in the line of bounty quit. My 50 USD turn out only 2 USD in few days. This was the last reward from bounty. But I don't quit because I know altcoins season will rise.

i actually seen teams that weren't accused of having fake members and were considered legit turned scam after all. you may not consider them scam since they just postponed their IEO but for months of not making announcements and updates, what sort of things will a bounty hunter think of?
just imagine yourself promoting a project for 3 months. bounty campaign part 1,2, and 3 and then gets nothing out of it. and then next months same thing happen, it already sound like a very organized crime of ICO teams squeezing money out of the bounty hunters who also invest to the projects.
At first I was discouraged by the current market situation and also about the ICO project, but I think back that the market will not always be in a bad situation, I still believe that one day the market can recover and the price of coins can rise again. and honestly what made me come back here because I have found a good project that I am currently participating in.

You are absolutely right. People have to forget the late golden time of bounties to be a gainer in the present situation! The crypto golden time may come but the golden time for bounties won't come very soon. I earned 600 USD from CyberMiles only by making a single tweet! Can you believe it? It happened in 2017! So, if I keep reminding this then I can't do bounties for 50-100-200$ ! You have a good pint which every hunter should realize.
indeed for the bounty hunter today forgetting the past is indeed a good step, and only a few people can do it because many old bounty hunters are out because they can't stand it or maybe they just assume that bounty of cryptocurrency can get a lot of money and yes some future projects of course will be bad, but I think if you're lucky among them there will definitely have potential.
I think that only those people who have just come to this market expect from the bounty campaigns the same rewards as in 2017. I agree with some of what you're saying. Bounty is now in the new era. Even the worst projects used to make money. It was possible to make huge money. There are smaller gains now. But still bounty programs continue. Maybe a very good project will be announced soon.

Why have to worry when some bounty campaign hunter want to quit from bounty campaign and they want retired is very good because just few person still trust with bounty campaign and get higher reward allocation for joining campaign, many hunter participant not patience waiting for distribution from bounty reward and always complaint with reward coin have lower price after listing on exchange market.

Right. I still participate in the bounties regularly and earn income from it, although the amount of money is not as much as the end of 2017 and it takes a lot of effort. However, I still wait and hope that when the market gets better, we will have better bounties for hunters.

Maybe after we join the project, just do what they said on their rules. I mean, don't expect too much or at least prepare something that can be our main source for income. What happened in the past would stay in the past and we can't bring it back right away anymore. Bounties popularity can be considered a factor why scammers suddenly swarmed different projects and what's best that's left for us is the hope that the certain bounty we are and we will be joining wouldn't be one of those great numbers of scams. We just need to stay aware and mindful on the project that we are joining so that we can find more reasons to stay and not give up on bounties amidst all the bad news about it.

That's what projects often do. They only stay on the market within a few months after the developer sells tokens for dumping, we see that such projects can be said to be scamer too, and bounty hunters are also affected because those who dare to hold the tokens become shitcoin doesn't even have a price.

Situations like this are indeed bad and there are good things in the bounty but as long as we work hard well then I am sure that I will make money from the bounty, regardless of the scamer there will always be at any time, what is clear is that I'm positive about the bounty being run now this, and hope you do your research first that is most important to you.
I do not think there is any situation that needs motivation. Everyone knows what bounty is and if someone cannot accept the current situation, they can do what they want. We cannot know, maybe somebody has a better business than that. Who do not accept this situation are those who want to cover all their expenses with bounty, which is a wrong decision taken from the beginning.

Bounty hunting these days is not that profitable anymore because even if we do see the most promising project there were factors that it would turn to a scam project and the only people who can control that is the development team and the management. We can do anything about the lost or wasted hard work because everything will depend on them. We can't continue to be like this hoping forever for a change when there is nothing. 
I have long since quitting joining the bounty program, now bounty has changed a lot. even worse the current bounty allocation is very unreasonable, imagine that the large allocation is certainly the price on the market later only a few pennies, once a dump is bound to end up with a scam because it has no value anymore. hard work as a bounty hunter while promoting the project will be in vain because the results are not equal.

Tire. Rather than comparing bounties with its glory days, hunters should be thinking of ways to adapt to present conditions and make the most of it. I remember when I wrote just one article and got a reward of almost $1000.

If we compare it to last year like 2017, it is clearly very different and it will make us feel that what we get now is just useless and worthless. Indeed, lately many scam projects have made many people disadvantaged but that does not mean that all new ICO projects will become scams, there are still projects that really want to develop their projects but it is currently difficult to attract investors so that softcap is achieved and can run the project .

It's pretty accurate and that is the reason why they can't blame us for thinking that way because those scam incidents had a huge impact on our decision making but I also understand that it's a part of our journey. There will be some times that we are going to experience some downfall but we should not let it stop us for achieving our goals, besides there are still another chance to grab an opportunity from bounties. We should just be patient and have our own exploration to identify which bounty is worth the risk, there are a lot of projects these days that was made to deceive us and take advantage of us .We should be more cautious because of that since we can't easily say their true intention, they can be beneficial or worthless.

While IEO can't guarantee a success since some IEO still had low liquidity. On the other hand, some popular IEO doesn't have bounty as they know the fact that they don't need it. So definitely, we are missing those good ones and the only way to have their token is to buy.-----------
It's good to see that there someone that has that mentality towards bounty. And besides, no one is forcing us whether to join or not, just take the risk and waste your time, lol.
Bounty Campaign has changed a lot now and then, so we can't deny that it is hopeless now to join the bounty campaigns because of the scam series that is happening. And even in the successful successful campaign the price drops even when they are listed in the market and other bounty campaigns are slow in the process of giving us the rewards that they should give immediately after the bounty they had previously promised.

Are people still doing good research? especially new bounty hunters they still join bounties blindly and the only thing they get is richy on spreadsheet, right now we will keep seeing many fake projects and its your duty to spot the good ones

Most of the legit startup company right now is not doing ICO. Most them do IEO to save listing fee and at the same time have a sure buyer of the coin. Most project doing ICO is scam right now. Of course you must be cautious on what exchange that the IEO hosted. There are many exchange that has fake volumes and claiming to be a mega exchange to attract company to do IEO there. To be honest. I can count only in my fingernail all legit ICO/IEO that active right now so I'm not risking my time to waste it for nothing.

As well as they present themselves to acquire some money, some project lied on the fund raised. Most IEO from exchanges didn't raise the amount they present to people. It is another phase in bounty as it is on altcoin,IMO as long as altcoin is getting its good run, hunters will get their pay. 
Bounties are now becoming more difficult, with a limited budget that limits the amount of money earned very little for each individual. However, I have observed that for the past 1 year, if anyone worked hard, they could still have income from that.

And because there are more people want money and there are more project has been succesful making thier ICO. Scammer also see this trend and use the same tools and marketing to have thier own . We need to also the fact that bounty rewards is ended the same with ICO you need now to find other ways to earn ans not rely only on the past.
