Our whitepaper was contracted to a whitepaper writing agency

One of the dumbest defenses I've ever seen.

You should stop trying to run scams like this.  You aren't smart enough.

And if you're not a scammer (which is impossible), you should stop trying to run projects like this.  You aren't smart enough.

Our whitepaper was contracted to a whitepaper writing agency,

If I had a satoshi for every whitepaper that was written by someone else and the team didn't check it.

On the issue of team members, at the moment our team members come from countries where cryptocurrency has a ban and exposing them will do our project no good.

But instead of saying this you tried to LIE, and now you're trying to lie again.
Not to even mention the telegram incident which shows clearly you're a liar.

We are leading what we presume as one of the biggest revolution in crypto ecosystem

and the shortest, in two months there will be nothing left out of your miraculous project.

For not checking the whitepaper for plagiarism before posting that's our fault. Copying similar contents isn't new in the crypto sphere. Most projects copy others what's most important is the active development of a project. Tron had a copied whitepaper, Binance copied the source code of Bitmex of recent. For having a Plagiarised whitepaper, we will review our contents from now henceforth to avoid such scenario's in the future.

Aerotoken is being developed daily to ensure its visions are achieved. We've been following our road map consistently and tend to keep doing that.

Our whitepaper will be reviewed and any paid content henceforth will be thoroughly checked for originality.

After this copy/paste plagiarism incident nobody will trust you again.
You don't know how to hire good agency or person to write you whitepaper,
and you don't know how to check it yourself before posting it in public.
In any case, I don't trust you Aerotoken team

Thank you all for finding time to look into our project announcement.

First we want to apologise to the cryptocurrency community here on Bitcointalk for the issue of Plagiarised whitepaper which our project has been accused of.

Our whitepaper was contracted to a whitepaper writing agency, now we have seen some contents were copied from the Internet without proper referencing, a better indepth review of the whitepaper have been done and all copied & paste have been referenced.
We are more centered on creating and implementing a technology that benefits the entire crypto ecosystem and not just writing beautiful whitepaper with zero implementation.

On the issue of team members, at the moment our team members come from countries where cryptocurrency has a ban and exposing them will do our project no good.
We will be able to hold live seminars with full participation of all the team members when such governments policies on cryptocurrency become benign in the near future.
The soul of cryptocurrency is centred on taking power from the government and empowering the people and playing anonymous at such times when the government of certain countries can go to the length of passing death penalties to crypto participants wouldn't benefit the crypto community to reveal the identity of our core team members.
We are hoping on relocating our team members to safer countries by mid 2020 and when that is done, we will hold live seminar and blockchain campaigns as outlined in the white paper having thoroughly planned and thought it true.
Every revolution starts with a few group of determined like minded individuals which culminates in to a movement that changes the world for the better.

Pertaining to the issue of members being asked to pay $1, this was caused by the congestion in the Ethereum network in multiple token sending and sudden hike in the gas fee encountered midway during token distribution, most importantly, this issue has already been solved by the team as all eligible participants have received their airdrop tokens free except just 12 of participants that paid for their gas and were rewarded with additional 1AET for believing in us despite all odds.

With  regards to the accusation on greed for allocating 40% of the token to the team project development, it's important to note that this project was not funded by ICO OR IEO, as such, the allocated amount would be used to build the extensive projects outlined in the whitepaper and project road map.
This allocated amount is for token project development and not just for team members as team members own less than 20% tokens allocated to them.

We are leading what we presume as one of the biggest revolution in crypto ecosystem and we anticipate challenges not limited to all manners of negative and constructive criticism.
However, we thank you for your criticism which has made us better.
Moving forward we plan to have some AMA sessions with our community and ensure there's trust between us and the community.

Best regards. AEROTOKEN TEAM.

For what it's worth, I asked on their official Aerotoken Telegram this:

" AEROTOKEN TEAM

Aerotoken is pioneered  by a team of experts.

-Charles Lewis Dawson-  Founder,  a crypto enthusiast, blockchain expert, an economist and statistician.
-Brain John Thomas. Co founder a software/computer engineer, blockchain analyst. Communications and publicity.
-Sophia Jones. ICT expert, blogger, YouTube expert and marketer.
Media and advertisement."

Can I have links for these persons?

I was KICKED OUT from the channel.

I can't find any of these persons for sure. There is a youtube channel by Sophia Jones, but maybe not this claimed one.

Charles Lewis Dawson and Brain (Brian? Definitely not Brain Tongue ) John Thomas are nowhere to be found.

Hmmm. I have some brainstorming about this issue. They are copying some content in the whitepaper of others but only some part that seems a general knowledge to crypto.

There are hardly 5 pages with some content in there whitepaper, from which 2+ pages content is copied without mentioning the source. I don't think they have any "general knowledge" about crypto or else they would have written this in there own words or at least listed the source to the info.

What I'm thinking is it really true that the first whitepaper that you compare is the source of the original content? There are small odds that the second project copy that content in that particular whitepaper, What I'm thinking is they get the content somewhere on the internet. Some kind of blog of crypto.

What I mentioned is not any project, but an article about inflation, and the thing to be noted is, it was posted on July 24 2017.

And on the other hand this project's website was created 67 days before only.

Paying 1$ fee to get useless tokens, that's a new low even for ICO scammers.

they should indicate the source of the place where they copy things. and besides in my opinion they could explain everything with their words, they didn't need to copy/paste unless they know nothing about inflation and because they didn't know anything about inflation
they copy/paste.

The fun fact of this story is that they did not explain anything at all in their whitepaper. I myself can read the definitions of inflation and deflation on Wikipedia, I don’t have to download whitepaper for this or buy tokens from these dishonest people. What we see in this case is one copied article, and the rest of the information is hidden, so as not to cause even more suspicion, I suppose.

I have no idea why this thing should be upside down.

Good find, buddy. In fact, it has become a common practice among deflationary/inflationary/whateverationary tokens projects to copy documents and ideas from really working primary sources. In my experience, all such projects had very poorly written and obscure white papers, you would not find anything new in them for the cryptocurrency industry, just phrases copied from the network. This project is the same. The goal is not to invent something new and really interesting, but to make gullible people buy it and naturally lose the money invested. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, you are right, this project is also one of the old types with no efforts by scammers to scam. It's a shame to the scam artists of this projects.

I reported it as someone who stumbles upon this project could get the info about the risk involved by Googling it at least.
