I'm still quite new to the whole NFT world but in that article, you mentioned "X NFTs makes it possible to purchase a specific part of an art" but isn't the real value of art supposed to be the whole piece as opposed to little pieces within an art?- I'm probably missing something here but it does look like in some way, it defeats the purpose of NFTs [feel free to correct me].
Actually few countries around the world have a specific law regarding the Smart Contracts. So actually you can not buy, though a token, a specific part of an artwork but you can buy a token that represents a specific part of a real artwork.
The NFT is pegged by a real and unique artwork. Like Tether with USD. You own Tether not USD but Tether is backed by usd.
