CoinURL is basically a link shortning service. which allows you to shorten web links which then send visitors first to an advertised site (generally bitcoin related) and you're paid anywhere from 100 uBTC upto about 0.0009BTC I've been paid.
In the couple of months I've used it, I've made about 0.75BTC and that is using it light to moderately. The sponsored advert banners on my blog and webpages generally get most of the BTC revenue (up to 0.0009BTC per click) the link shortening is about 0.000001BTC to 0.00001BTC)
They generally credit once every 24 hours with all your clicks etc... And they have a nice referral system
And regarding BitcoinERA, I am not sure if it really is a scam yet.. I've been paid the end of last month so far so good. Will see what happens in the next few months. They also offer a generous referral system.
