I have sisters in Africa particularly in Mozambique. They are working in this country, though they did not say to me that their lives here are not good, i knew that some parts in Africa is experiencing economic crash o poverty. I want to wear your signature once I have done with my current campaign. I hope I can influence other members who are members above that we should also utilize this forum and be instrument to help other people around the world.

Thank you for your interest in the campaign although due to lack of participation campaign is currently on paused just as the topic subject says. But I might consider reopening campaign with better payout in the near future if the hangout thread becomes active to an extent but for now you can voluntary wear any of the advert info if none of them is in used for other purposes.

The OP tend to make initiatives to bring knowledge, comprehensive discussions on crypto, blockchain, to African.
Someday, the Africa Bitcointalk Community, will give honorable award for @CryptopreneurBrainboss for his topic.
New crypto comers are easily to fall into thousands of fake news, in-correct information (both unintentionally or intentionally) from senior guys in crypto.
Consequently, if the OP really started a formal place in which African crypto enthusiasts can get informative, comprehensive, correct fundamental things in crypto, it will be great.
However, there are lots of challenges along the way for sure.

I can help out with the sMerit thing, i certainly don't have the time to follow all posts form all members, but if there is  good quality posts that deserve merit i would love to do so.

As if we can expect them to have a better post than they're doing right now, I don't want to criticize the newbies but its a common fact for us here. What I'm thinking is held it not as a campaign anymore but a charity for africans. We should learn how to help without getting anything, people here must know that.

No worries if campaign isn't a success, I'll close it down, regroup and come back with a better campaign could be just personal text and website, that way interested users can still earned via their regular signature campaign, merit awarding and get paid for wearing the campaigns personal text and website url. Right now it's the pay value discouraging participants.

It is not strange, fella.
Users tend to have more interests and pay more attention on bounty topics, not merit challenge topics, or community topics.
It is due the the fact that there are a large proportion of users come there first with intention to earn money, not to get knowledge, technical advice, etc.
I opened my merit challenge more than one month ago (five weeks ago), there is very little interests.
More than 70 sMerits available to give away (high strict rules) [Members only]

This is a proof that most of the users here are inclined with payments rather than helping someone else. I do have a project on my board too, and it doesn't getting much attention, although the purpose is good.

It's kinda disappointing, with a thousand of users here everyday only a few people are willing to help and it only counts not more than a hundred...

I'm really surprised the project doesn't got much attention. I respect all of volunteers who joined the campaign and hope my own work will not stay ignored or unseen to other users of the forum.

Honestly, I'm onto the project that helps spread the adoption of cryptocurrency. So, I'll set some avatar and personal text voluntarily.

With what am seeing around the crypto-world, Africans need to be supported in order for them to contribute their quota to the entire community. OP has a good heart and must be commended by those who stand for unity, we are Africans; we need to hangout together in order to educate ourselves on the trending technology. As a lower ranked member i will humbly render my time to contribute the little knowledge gained as a newbie to the community, hope to be appreciated.

Oh... This is nice idea OP, trying to bring the African community into awareness of crypto and blockchain. For the campaign payout, I realize is just to show appreciation and willingness to pay. Therefore, I believe with time, this campaign is going to be big and stay a long duration like chipmixer, bitsler, bustadice etc by the time advertisers take it up.


I'm thinking this campaign will raise awareness too on the need for separate African board  but I can't determine which language is going to be precisely because African continent is dominated by three languages namely , English, Arabic and French.

This is something epic op. Honestly, its been a long time since I saw a signature campaign being conducted purely for non-profit reasons in this forum.

Guys i need you opinions

Since most user are interested in personal text and profile website and users already in existing campaign can still participants if those space are available, should I closed current campaign and start a new campaign just for Personal tesxt and website, participants will be paid $1 per week and volunteers will receive merits weekly from me (and interested merit sponsors too) for quality posting. What do you guys think?

I believe that even the campaign is in testing phase (one-week test first), and give low payment rates, it will show positive changes in the way users from Africa continents compose, and publish their posts/ topics next weeks, at least one.
The payment rates are low, for someone who come from developed nations, but in African nations, I think it makes sense for locals there. Additionally, it gives them motivations to grow up faster with decent posts and constructive topics.

Campaigns are always there, they opened and close from time to time, and chances to join high payment-rate campaigns are opened for everyone.
Let's grow up, improve your quality, your contributions, build up your accounts, sometimes you can join highly payment-rate campaigns for sure, African users.
As you can see within recent weeks, there are some good paid campaigns opened, but there is no chance for airdropped higher rank users to join.
Those campaigns' managers tend to accept self-made users.
I think that the forum has jumped into new era, the era of self-made users.
Higher rank users will only be able to join shitty campaigns, if they even can not earn 5, 10, or 20 merits more than one year after the merit system's birthday.

You made good initiatives to design avatars for the campaign, I appreciated your contributions to @CryptopreneurBrainboss's campaign.
However, I have small suggestion for you.
Due to the reality that signatures of the campaign tend to use Green-colored theme, so I thought that it should be better for the campaign in general if it can stick to basic Green-colored theme, for both signatures and avatar.

In short, I think it should be better if you spend a bit of time to re-design the avatar to switch its theme to Green-colored.
Additionally, Africans tend to prefer bright colors, like Green, Red, Yellow, so why not redesign both signature and avatar with main colors are Red and Yellow, that are closer to the background of safaris, that are familiar with Africans?
If not Green, so why not try with Red, and Yellow?

There is a 12-hour period gap between  Monday 10:00 PM and Tuesday 10:00 AM.
Does it mean posts that fall during that period don't count?
