I tried to reset, and the network seems to be ok.
But every page that contains values starts bugging after few seconds showing
only the functions that refers to the variables " %d %s %h %t" (this is for programmers)
Or just watch the image:
Update the firmware and see if that helps, I think you have a mess up somewhere and getting it close  to fresh as possible. When you say reset did you push the button or just reset via software?

I just changed my ISP as well and had no issues, did you reset them, apparently there is a reset to default button on the s3's and make sure you have them reset to the new network in the network settings.

My antminer s3 and antminer s3+ stopped working after changing isp and modem.
I tried with the antminer s1 and the same happens.
After the login page, the overview page starts bugging after few seconds:   http://i60.tinypic.com/2yvj8mf.jpg

The miners are configured correctly and the miner status contains no values.
Please any ideas?
