Mining. Hosting. Cloud Mining.
Basically, the rules say: act normal. If you are interested in cryptos and trading, just post your questions or comments. Do it responsible and respectfully and there's a good chance that you are acting according the rules.

I strongly believe you need to set-up your attitude towards the forum. I mean:
- Why are you here?
- What are you seeking for?
- What do you want to learn?

If you are here with the goal of learning a lot about bitcoin or even about the forum itself, you will find many answers on the boards. Do not be afraid of exploring the forum. Besides, there are many related-places on the internet with a lot of information, like the Bitcoin wiki, where you can even download for free some important related books, as the one called "Mastering Bitcoin", here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mastering_Bitcoin

Regarding the use of the forum, there are non-specified rules to follow in order to be accepted by the community in here:
- Never beg for merits (there are many beggers already and most of the people is tired of that).
- Never answer a thread if you haven't read it carefully or if you have nothing substantial to add (just take a look at the Bitcoin Discussion board, at any thread in there, and you will understand what I mean).
- Never start a thread with a repeated topic (just search before creating a new thread, repeated ones are annoying). Probably the answer you seek is been already answered in some other thread. You can use the search button ahead or google it by typing Bitcointalk.org: and the question you want to propose.

Anyway, even when common sense is the less common of the sense, to have some perspective is important in here. Just care yourself and make good contributions. If you don't have any substantial thing to say, it is better to stay in silence.

Welcome on board!!

“Revolutionizing Brokerage of Personal Data”
What can I advise to you here is that don’t feel unwelcomed. A lot of newbies here are feeling unwelcomed for some reason. 1 their posts are not acknowledged by other members. 2 some don’t believe in them or probably most. And 3, their posts were deleted. My advise? Is keep going no matter what hinders you. You will reach a certain achievement where people who doubted you will now recognize you.

I am new here and I already read some rules but not all.Can I hear from you some other guidelines help?

To add to all the advice above;

Make the search button your best friend, I believe someone must have asked or posted about whatever you want help with.
Also, always try to be as specific as possible and give as much detail as possible when you're asking for help.
It'll help you to get the most relevant answers.

Welcome and all the best!
