Not all fans are created equal. The wiring is not always the same on these things. Do the wire colors on the new and old fans match the same locations on the connector?
Just bought 2 brand new BeQuiet silentwings3 fans for my antminer s5. on for the front, one for the rear. they are 4- pin fans. when I power my miner up they wont turn on. I know the power source is good because the stock fan works fine. can anyone tell me whats wrong? will only certain fans work with an antminer s5 Please help. I have to have a quiet fan due to antminers location. thank you.
