The OP is surely comparing with yesterday after seeing Coinmarketcap. But it's far to be what we had several days ago. As of now, it doesn't mean anything, and I am pretty sure it's going to take longer than what we think to recover but better late than never. xD
There are still many super whales who topple the altcoins market and may ruin someones plan to make a fortune out of an altcoin. So be aware where you're going to invest and I would definitely suggest hold what you have.
I don't think all altcoins will hit the moon. You may take months or years to make your token valuable in the market. Right price for the long patience because some of us have been panic selling once their token get high value.
"all" coins are not going to the moon. almost all of them got some rise if you compare it to their very bottom that they reached in the previous dip but if you compare their prices to lets say 5-10 days ago you can see they are still in a big dip and that is because their pumps are still on going. they slowly lose value with these small dead cat bounces.
only bitcoin is rising in long term and a handful of altcoins will keep their price up.

As what we expected ! Now were the time to moon is happening strong holders should now happy and can refresh their mine after of all happened in market. And all us will became successful in future.
And it is happening again, the last minutes the coins are again going to the moon! That is realy craizy ...
