It's hard to predict, Coinexchange.io isn't giving information about this currently.

Several people made a move, in the last month it was offline and now it seems to be in maintenance.

We are sorry for this, but hopefully they will fix it soon, we are depending on their commitment.

Currently we are putting effort in getting BOAT indexed @ Cryptopia and other prominent exchanges in the future as well.
