I'm decent at it, or so I'd like to think. Back in the day (okay maybe just a year and a half ago) ICOEthics gave me some good pointers on how to spot AI generated team members. I'd be happy to share them with you via PM if you want.
On second thought I'll just forward you the message that he sent me, which is pretty instructive.
I tested out notblox1's website and it was amazingly accurate in the 10 or so pics I sent it, but its really only good for portrait-style photos.

Fake team detection is very easy since fake photos exist on the web. But it's quite complicated to detect AI-generated photos since it doesn't exist on the web. AI creates a unique face, but sometimes there would a few symptoms like some spot, detected teeth, and so on. That's how we have detected AI-generated photos. I am not aware if there is any trusted software to detect such as AI-generated fake photos. Otherwise, we can only assume, but can't be 100% sure with the evidence.

You can try detecting if faces are generated by AI with this website:

It is not 100% precise but it is better than nothing, and I have used it before for detecting fake team HERE
You can also do google and yandex images search and look for exact matching face or hair style.
