I agree with @Little Mouse, there are too many rules, it's complicated and will the winner be chosen randomly? OP if you implement this kind of thing no one will be interested. Why not provide some kind of tester bonus to measure the effectiveness of the games at your casino and users can withdraw their winnings. Or you can hire a manager who will give you insight into how to be more effective at hosting events.

That's too much requirements I think. Instead why don't you offer lower prizes which can be withdrawn instantly? That would be more attractive offer I think. I had run a few crash contest back in the day. People tend to participate for immediate cash prizes.
