a1. Hi! Yes, you're welcome to book directly with me if you'd like to bypass the Airbnb fees only not the cleaning. Once payment is confirmed with a deposit (damage deposit is required) sent back once housekeepers gives us the clear (24hrs or less), I will block the dates on the Airbnb app.

a2. Yes, the EV charger is free to use! There are two levels available: the normal charge, which is free, and a fast charge, which is 7 times faster and comes with an extra fee.

Cool offer for guests visiting, I must say, Vegas is a home to many on a brief stay and accomodation is going to be one hell of a concern and getting to pay in bitcoin is just best for a tourist who has to bother less about the convetional payment system. I didn't look too much into the location and the yard isn't going to host a rager, but still cool to think that you can get a house in Vegas for the night for some sats. Thanks for posting this here. If I'm ever in need of a place to stay in Vegas for the night I'll try to remember to keep you in mind. Would be great if you could list that Bitcoin was accepted on AirBNB.
