My experience was in terms of airdrop we all know theres a big possibility that most of them have no value because their ICO Project were on going already.But try to wait until the ICO end then you can judge if it is legit or not because as of now judging Airdrop if its legit or scam was so hard to identified.My suggestion was you should do research before you are wanted to joined because this i the best way to help you.

First, i think they're isn't scammer as long they're not asking for private key or donate some eth... and nobody know how the future of airdrop coin, my suggestion join all airdrop as much as you can, as long as they are not scammers
Just join it as long as the airdrop not require you a personal data, usually they just ask you to following twitter or like a facebook page just do it, if the token worth something youll make some profit to your self. if not just unfollow and unlike the page.
