Now I know where is the reason.
In that case, you can lock this thread. The option to do so is at the bottom right corner of this page, should be just below this reply.

Learn to read the forum rules and also know the right pace where to post your airdrops. Project development board is meant for projects related to Bitcoin

The sticky is even very clear about this
It seems to be hard for people to read, but this is "Bitcoin > Project Development" and not "Alternate cryptocurrencies > Project Development". All threads related to Altcoins and ICO's should be posted in a relevant subsection in "Alternate cryptocurrencies".

Please keep this in mind when creating a new thread.

If a post was deleted by a moderator and not the creator of a self-moderated thread then yes, you should have gotten a PM telling you that your post was deleted.
Uuhh.... AFAIK, even if it's self-moderated you'll be getting a PM (in fact, I'm looking for one from a few years ago...)

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by the starter of a self-moderated topic. There are no rules of self-moderation, so this deletion cannot be appealed. Do not continue posting in this topic if the topic-starter has requested that you leave.

You can create a new topic if you are unsatisfied with this one. If the topic-starter is scamming, post about it in Scam Accusations.

If you didn't, it's possible that a post you quoted got nuked, which would nuke yours as well (I'm pretty sure about that).  Did you have a whole thread (or multiple) get deleted?  If that's the case, I'm not sure if you get a PM about that or not.  It could have been considered spammy depending on what was written.  Do you happen to have a quote or something?
If the thread is moved to the trashcan instead of being "deleted", it won't send a notification, even if done by mods.

I think that it's this one: https://ninjastic.space/post/58517951

1. It's not OP' airdrop, he just wants to get referrers. It contains ref link.
2. The topic was made in Project Development, which is clearly not the correct place for altcoin/token advertising.

Everytime I make a new thread about airdrop why disapear?
You're not providing enough details about what threads you created, what exactly the content of those posts were, and which section(s) you posted them in.  How do you expect anyone to give you answers if you're just making a vague complaint?

I make the thread at a right topic place.
And what "right topic place" would that be?  I'm not even sure where discussions about airdrops go these days, but I'm assuming they're appropriate for one of the altcoin boards.  And as Mbitr alluded to, if you included a referral link in any of your posts, that's grounds for deletion since it's against the rules.

If any post deleted, there are should a notification through message coming to inbox it is not?

You should move this over to the meta

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0

You should also ask yourself
What the airdrop is for ? Bitcoin, altcoin, NFT ?
Is there a referral link ?
Have a good look at this thread and you should find an answer
