It would probably have to be a proxy-buy as sleevedbiker says. Bitspend might do it. SpendBitcoins.com used to have Southwest option, but I can't find it so they may have discontinued. You might be able to have someone on the forums proxy-buy a giftcard that you can spend on your ticket(s).

one way would be to have some one who uses bitcoins to buy the ticket for you and then you pay him via bitcoins using the bitcoin ticker to determine the price to pay him/her.
