I am NO EXPERT on middle east, but is it not well known that ISIS is imndependent of Al Queda?

Just talk to someone from Al Qaeda (any salafi lunatic) about ISIS.
They are impressed by powerful system of ISIS and are terryfied from investigation forces and metods of ISIS, prisons and tortures, killings ecc.

Check this text and comments from salafi sectants.

ISIS is controlling all Al Raqqa

Internet is provided by ISIS as water and electricity.
Russian Language ISIS gunmen are active Internet users.
I have no logs of bitcointalk.org to tell if here is someone from this area (VPN can hide it).

Voices are telling about adopting Bitcoin by ISIS.
In that way, someone from Raqqa might be here.

My question is simple - they consider themself as Al Qaidah branch or a independent structure?
