Aleppo Victory Tribute is not a celebration of victory but a mourning of the dead. There is no victor in war only victims. They regain what they wanted but at the price of lives. Hope after this event they can change the system of government for the benefit of the people. The sacrifice of the people who fought must be given justice by reforming and creating the society to a just community.
It is a victory that must be celebrated. The rebels were frequently shelling the government-controlled residential areas, causing numerous casualties. Now that will stop, and the residents of Aleppo can sleep peacefully at night.
Who were the real cowards? The rebels beheaded a 12-year old Palestinian boy for supporting Assad. They gouged the eyes out of a 11-month old infant, to force his father (a Syrian Army soldier) to defect to the rebel side. And still you are painting someone else as cowards?
