Considering how the video was posted 15 hours ago and until now the US navy is still afloat instead of being at the bottom of the sea and the hundreds of US military bases with about ~50k US military servicemembers across West Asia are not flattened, it is obvious that this is a fake news. 
CENTCOM knows very well how Iran's wrath looks like.
This would never have happened with Trump.
