I wonder if it's a scam, since the website appears to be broken and no development appears to happen. The team was accused of stealing source code of other projects.

Their own social media and twitter accounts only post about ICO and coin listing or general market news.

https://twitter.com/HallaCal, https://twitter.com/numex_exchange, https://twitter.com/numexsupport

There are several sites claiming the site is online, but actually it does not work.

So, it kind of looks like a scam or they completely failed at their plans and failed again at being honest about it.

Zero volume? Check it out: https://trade.numex.exchange/exchange

I don't think it's fair if we say Numex Exchange is not valid but we also have to be careful with the new exchange that is still unclear and there is no beta / github test, because exchange projects like this are becoming buming at the moment

More Fair Disclosure:
Today Romano, MoneyTrigz and I have joined on as advisors to Numex Exchange.

We will be advising on technology and features for active traders to get the best experience trading their favorite Coins and Tokens.
I'm a big fan of the Market Making Seat approach. It reminds me of the successes in the past structures of NYSE, CBOE, CBOT, NYMEX, NYBOT and AMEX.

BTW, Speaking of fair disclosure, looking at OPs posts, it looks like he shills for profit.
I would take his "accusations" with a grain of salt.

ps. Do you own research. Question everything.

I'm lead developer of Bitcoin Core coin $BTCC.

I am in communication with the main principals of the exchange.
They are raising a small amount (relative to traditional ICOs of late) .

Like all prelaunch ICOs and startups, only invest as much as you can afford to lose. There are no guarantees with any business unless cash flow positive and flush with years of retained earnings.

As far as the intentions of the principals, they look serious to launch. I am familiar with the two potential backend trading implementations they have negotiated to integrate. I would not get overly focused on a theme for WordPress as an arbitor of their intentions or worthiness.

My comments here does not guarantee they will raise the funds they are seeking or launch. Like every new business, I know they are trying very hard to see their visions through.

I am positive on the members of the team I have had interactions with. I would not have my community waste their time getting friends and family to vote daily to keep $BTCC on top if I had reservations.

Fair disclosure, I have invested < 1 ETH in their project and am considering increasing my investment to have skin in the game and ensure the success of $BTCC on their platform when they launch.

so much FUD always from the crypto community its funny

people still call "ethereum is a scam" anything new being done " scam "

your spreading FUD, cuz if you did a basic search of the CEO his linked is there.
and you can confirm with the CTO he is helping the numex team.

that you post another twitter fud statement doesnt mean its true. because its false.

even till today you have people calling bitcoin a "scam" or any altcoin is a "scam"

grow up, seems like your a SONOX butthurt friend, or butthurt cuz your over-extended in altcoins and hurting in this bear market.

misery loves company it seems, u just trying to bring people down,

your a waste of time to come here and counter your fud bullshit, do something useful.

and the best exchange solutions can be purchased and they are whitelist solutions sold by the best companies, but again you wouldnt know that cuz your just randomly spitting b.s

im dont think i have the time to come back and even continue this b.s fud, mostly BT is used for fud and trolls anyways.

Another Crypto exchange coming up to sell useless tokens of a non existent exchange.I have serious doubts if this exchange is legit.

Cos,
>The domain age is under 90 days and the website is less than 1 month old.I don't know if they have working exchange script/software or even done beta testing (no github link)
 >They have ripped /copied voting system of Sonox exchange  https://twitter.com/SonoProject/status/1042122671151083520
>The team looks fake and random pics with no linkedin links or info/bio about team .https://numex.exchange/#team
>They are using a $50 wordpress theme for their website (you can easily fake and hype the ICO contribution)-  http://preview.themeforest.net/item/crypterio-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/21274387?_ga=2.236210697.986723558.1537365094-195097499.1537276664)

I bet they may even bait with a  'discounted' listing fee from the coins that fail to get necessary votes and may exit scam

I may be wrong, but these are my observations.I would appriciate if someone from the team can clarify here

I'm a member of team Numex. Internal comma specialist. Jerry Okai. What questions would you liked answered, would you love to see my passport as proof that I am real?
As for the ripping of sonox voting page? As mush ripping/copying allegations are false. Its just a voting page.  We have a standard pre launch fee of 0.5btc. Its not compulsory. Projects can either get listed by participating in voting or simply wait till exchange launches officially to apply.
Saying we can easily fake ICO contribution isn't the same as actually faking it. I believe you can check the address for actual contributions made. The address is visible there.
You "bet" but we also "may" that we would do something but again you "may be" wrong. Nice twist.

Strange that Andrei Karpushonak is Chief Technical Officer, according to this exchange, but in its linkedin it does not mention that it is part of this exchange, see here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/karpushonak/

this was all I found about jeancarlo trinidad:  https://twitter.com/lordcarlo297  It looks like he's Brazilian.

I did not see any relevant information about all team members

It does not require a million dollars or not even $100k to develop or buy a exchange script and start an exchange and doe snot even need a ICO

I agree, that's why I wonder why there are certain ICOs when there is no need

Have you tried trading or encountered anyone who has had issues in trading?

Does the trade order book look suspicious?
The question of trading does not arise cos there no actual exchange existing or running. They claim to start beta testing in December. So they want investors to open their business ?
They are running a ICO with a ready made ICO theme bought on theme forest.
