I'm sure its a scam because its not your official channel. I'm just wondering though, you guys have official ANN thread here? I suggest you open one and let that be the single point of contact for everything related to your project. So it would be easy for your customers to interact and communicate with you. Or you can email telegram: [email protected].
Scammers and imitators are on telegram, they can easily change their username like the real company that they will target. Follow the suggestions of hugeblack and always remind the people that don't ever deal with someone through telegram if its related to your service/product.
A very good solution for this is to conduct customer support through your site (if ever you had) and through your official email address.

You can not chase rumors or keep updates on who tries to scam others using your name.Put the official links on your site and then indicate that you are not responsible for communicating with any social media not mentioned on the main page.
