Just to clear this out.
User created wd request 2015-09-13 16:17:54, it was processed: 2015-09-13 19:31:13. (in about 3h) [http://khashier.com/tx/d6f9e3d9e4a75815fa5f681db780009ce144b5f3336deec6277dc83ecf6a35f6#o1]
As it's manual processing, transaction id wasn't updated with websockets for him and as he didn't refresh the site he didn't see it was processed.
He also emailed to outdated email address that he got from some user in chat. Thus I was not able to reply to it.

Yeas its OK ... but i have tried to e-mail taht ID too but wasent able to ,i dont know why that error arised ...Just to clear this out.

Well in that case say so, and no need for being aggressive. And delayed withdrawals are not AFAIK that rare in gambling sites, you should wait for some time and have you contacted support instead of Alex( I guess he is the admin of the site)ALEX

Happened with satshibet as well, no response for a week, with primedice (support answers in a week) and many other sites, is it really hard to wait for some time? I understand you think it is your money so why can;t you get it instantly but there may be problems you may not be aware of(or owner doesn't want you to know for some reason).I think the delay as the reply has stated is because of cold-wallet retrieval.

AFAIK bitdice has automatic withdrawals, see the post carefully OP is talking about cold wallet retrieval hence the delay, probably because the amount requested for withdraw was larger than the amount in hotwallet.
