It's kinda unrealistic, cause there's not a lot of ways to kill T1000, he would simply attack and attack and attack, until he kills the prey. T1000 that has a shape of a predator would be too strong (OVER 9000)
I would go with the Terminators 
I wonder what would come from Terminator if Xenomorph paste to his face?
An army of T-1000 wins everything... overpowered.
If Terminator were a T1000 model, I think he'd obliterate everything, regardless of the predator's and alien's skills.

The terminator should win, but if the Xenomorphs realize their blood could dissolve the T-800 then who knows. The T-1000 on the other hand should prove to be much more difficult to kill.
Such a good analysis!imho the terminators should do the job easily, the predators aren't the tough piece (most likely ranked 3rd and would be done the earliest)
T800 has strength but very slow. I think Predators are going to win among the 3 races.
The scenario: 400 Xenomorphs are dropped off on a remote island. There are 10 Predators that prepare to do battle and are drop shipped on site. 30 T-800's are also mobilized to exterminate both threats. Who would win?

1x Arnold T-800 is all you need
There should be at least a few t1000 liquid metal terminators to make things more interesting....

So you are basically think that Predator is the strongest adversary here then T-800 and lastly xenomorph? 400 aliens are really big number, with simultaneous attack I think they would dominate opponents.

But the thing is the Xenomorphs wouldn't be able to easily detect the T-800's because they aren't technically organic right?
Perhaps the Xenomorphs would have the upper hand in the numbers game you provided, but if there was one of each the obvious choice is the Predator. 
Yeah I was a little unsure how to number everything. But based on past comics I've read, it seems each predator can basically take out at least 30 or 40 Xenomorphs before they die. For the T-800's I wasn't too sure because they're in a completely different universe.
