I have to admit I know nothing about aliser and his/her business but those 50-activity accounts expressing unconditional love and support in both threads sure look funny Smiley

So basically if I'm reading this right the demand is to refund the 0.005 BTC or explain what the fee is for?

Do you have proof?

You've already confirmed the fees in question from the log I posted were accurate.  You've confirmed that you can't say any changes were made to the pool to cause the fees.  You've confirmed I deposited over 2 BTC with you.  You gave a list of rules to justify, none of which had anything to do with being charged fees for absolutely nothing.

Certainly I wouldn't go through all of this effort for the BTC value that was stolen.  My main interest is getting anything associated with me as far away from you and your sites as possible.  Your refusal to stop using the NastyPool name on your site is what ultimately forced me to act.

You deposited 2 BTC and you cashout 1.97 BTC. You have two Pool Management Fee this is game rule.

Below my proof :

You are owner of a pool and you sold all your miners and this is MinerFarm Rules:

Code:
Each user can own at most 1 pool
There is monthly 0.050 BTC cost for pool creation and maintenance
There is 0.005 BTC cost for pool update
You should have at least 1000 Gh/s hash power in order to create a pool.
Pool commission rate is the percentage value of each user's cost who joined to pool pays for per block
Minimum Hash Power is the smallest required hash rate for the users who want to join to pool
Once you create a pool, you cannot cancel or quit the pool. But you can edit pool information.
If the pool owner's hash rate drops below 1000 Gh/s, he receives a notification. And if pool owner does not increase hash rate to at least 1000 Gh/s, then pool fee income is cancelled

Also you you insulted me on PM :

No I am not.  He has scammed me and then decided to insult me instead of refunding the BTC his site stole.  He should not be trusted.

aliser has decided to refund the incorrectly assessed fee and remove NastyPool from his site.

Had he looked into my issue and been decent instead of just insulting me, this could have all been avoided.
