Haha no i did gain weight tho. From 135 to 145 lol. Finally average. Had problems keeping weight on.

1.5 C granulated sugar
.5 C high fructose corn syrup
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 C heavy cream
8 Tbsp. Butter
Melt the sugar, corn syrup, & vanilla. When all melted and darkens to caramel color, add heavy cream. Let it simmer then add butter. Make sure you have a candy thermometer. Simmer to 233°, then pour in a raised edge cookie sheet and let it cool.

I bet you guys are all pissed and annoyed with my off topic ramblings.. Hey its not my fault they made an off topic forum.. lol.. but wow. all i can say is wow. I just made my very first chewy caramel candies and damn, they're way better than the commercial made. Its kinda scary. Im scared ill get fat.
