Good Day fellow Bitcoiners  Kiss.
I am an entrepreneur and also a Bitcoiner, I have two business which am running and in this two businessI accept Bitcoin as a means of payment . I am using Exodus wallet to receive payment.
When ever a customer desires to pay in Bitcoin/crypto in my absence, I am usually contacted by my employees. I have explained some few details on how to receive payment from customers in crypto but I think they still find that means of payment as not being convincing, so I want to take out time to teach them  Bitcoin, advantage, users, how to receive and how to send Bitcoin. I want to give them a full knowledge about Bitcoin. My request from this forum is to give me more hints on other things I must lecture them on concerning 😟 Bitcoin and how to receive payment from customers.

Thanks, Detritus.

You can teach them just a glimpse of bitcoin and mostly how to transact, as that is one of your employee's tasks. Conduct training for them for a day or 2; I am confident they can catch up easily. You should tackle and explain to them what bitcoin is, how to send and receive, and most important, security and how to be safe. I am glad that their business owners initiated this kind of payment method. Good luck to your business, and I am hoping many customers will come to your business.

That is a good one to teach your  employee Bitcoin, on how to receive payment and also to show the transaction confirmation, if the payment went successful, without you been around as the owner of the business, and that will added advantage towards the cryptocurrency community and your business center as well, without your present, payment can be done successful.

It all depends on what kind of business the author has and what kind of employees. Seniors need more time to understand new knowledge, especially in the field of cryptocurrency. Young employees will be much easier to get with new technologies. You can talk about other ways to get paid with crypto. About crypto processors like SHKeeper - https://shkeeper.io/. To make the knowledge gained more relevant.

I remember one of the successful entrepreneurs in my country, he understands about Bitcoin, in fact he has traded and invested in the crypto world, he is also a friend of mine, he managed to achieve good results as long as he did that in the crypto world, his choice was Bitcoin, recently he taught about crypto especially Bitcoin to his employees.

But, dear thousand dear, he does not teach risk in trading and investing, he teaches based on his experience, the end of the story the employee he taught Bitcoin suffered huge losses, so blasphemy and resigning from his company happened, that's what happens if you don't teach how Bitcoin and the crypto market work.

@Detritus I can only suggest you, teach them the risks of trading and investing first, if you want to teach them about Bitcoin, so that you are not blamed by your employees when they trade and invest Bitcoin, they must know the risks before making a profit in the crypto market.

I have really had lots of opinion on this thread @YOSHIE, why some members opinion is that I should just run my business and not teach the employees anything but am on a second thought but thanks for your opinion.

My request from this forum is to give me more hints on other things I must lecture them on concerning 😟 Bitcoin and how to receive payment from customers.
You have really taking a bold step, from accepting btc as a method of payment in your organization to trying to educate your employees about bitcoin.
I don't really have much advice to give but to you.
All you just need is a projector, or a white board, a simple graph about how btc works, and if they have access to anything that have access to the internet access they can educate them self from the fundamental that you have giving them.
That’s right, taking a step forward in crypto is a hard thing, and start accepting bitcoin which is a volatile thing is even scarier and doing that for your business will be something many people would be afraid of.

I understand that there are some, specially people here on bitcointalk do accept it easily and that’s understandable, but that doesn't change the fact that we are talking about something that would be beneficial to everyone who would be able to make it work in the long run. That doesn't mean that just because we accept it, it’s easy, it’s not because we are here and can't see it, at the outside world it’s still a very difficult thing.

In this specific case he did not teach Blockchain and Bitcoin technologies. The employee thought it all boiled down to that, and unfortunately he had his losses.

That's why it's important to talk about technology, because price is just price. But the technology behind it and the good it brings will never change.

We should need to take our time to consider explaining to them the advantage of having it and of course the pros and cons as well especially the volatility in the crypto market to avoid some blames from them. The most accurate information about the advantages of this technology is the feature where you are the only one who has full control of your money. You don't need anyone or any banks when you want to use your bitcoins. Which is the most underrated feature of it and the most ignored until it's proven by the fact that they no longer have access to their trusted banks.

There are things that cannot be taught. You can explain to a person all the basics, teach technical analysis, but in practice everything will happen differently, there will be no ideal situations on the market, this is too difficult a work. In addition, there are examples when even experienced traders sell at a loss, what then can be said about a beginner who is just starting his journey in the world of cryptocurrencies... Education is also a kind of responsibility, you give a person knowledge and how he will use them, that's another question.

When you decided to accept bitcoin as payments meaning you already had an idea on how it works because you will never trust this like that for your business if there is a lack of knowledge.

and from those? surely you have your ways on how to find this useful.

Actually what you are doing is very good but on the other hand you also can't force things like this according to your own will, especially if it's talking about business and customers.
bitcoin is still considered dubious for some circles and this is indeed very reasonable because currently in some areas bitcoin and crypto are still considered taboo.
It would be better if you set up an Optional about this meaning being able to transact via bitcoin if they want that but otherwise you just have to trade as usual.
I think the advice you say is good enough for the OP to run in terms of running his business. And I think the OP also needs to see how many people already know and use Bitcoin and crypto in the area where he is running the business. If it's still very little, then the options for Bitcoin and crypto payments can only be intended or used by a few people there and the rest is like you said where the OP can run his business as usual or as other people in general in the area do.
This is what the OP has to think about especially if you see the business that the OP runs is also related to consumers and in this case there is a proverb in my country that says "consumers are king" so we need to increase consumer convenience in services and services so as not to move to other competitors.
Using bitcoin in payments is quite good because this can be an innovation and a good initiator in the OP's area but still we also have to look at other factors such as conditions there whether crypto is fully accepted or still something taboo.

Although that it is great to see someone like you accepting Bitcoin payments for a couple of your businesses, as what I have understand it looks like you have lack of preparation.

I know that excitement is always there, but it’s always better to take it slow by training and guiding your employees in accepting Bitcoin for payments.

I believe it has already been mentioned here, but for friends who want to start or have specific questions I always send the Binance Academy link (https://academy.binance.com)

I think it's a very complete content and for beginners it's something very good because there is a whole process, a path to be followed without searching around and everything is still free.

learn from personal experience when I, teach on my sister's bitcoin transactions.

that is, telling him to join this forum to find basic info from bitcoin itself, after understanding it teaches very sensitive things to send / receive btc to fellow users
that's very basic in my opinion, the rest of what you say
I will do in the future , and I'm grateful that now my sister understands more about finding coins that can potentially benefit in the short term than me

There would be nothing wrong with him referring his staff to the forum to learn about bitcoin. In your case you are teaching your sister about bitcoin trading, how to make profit with bitcoin and of course it takes more time and effort. But here he just wants to teach his staff how to pay bitcoins from customers and it's not so complicated and time consuming like you.
So I think it would be good to just teach the staff some basic knowledge like how to provide wallet addresses to customers, send and receive bitcoins, confirmation time to complete transactions... I think this is enough for an employee to replace him in his absence.

In my opinion, it's better to teach them all about crypto/bitcoin in full, so they understand what it's for, and what it's used for,

because if they are only taught to accept bitcoin,
and they don't know how it works or what bitcoin is for, that's not good in my opinion,

because if they already understand or understand about the use of bitcoin / crypto you will not bother twice to tell them, because they already understand.

Honestly? I have been in cyrpto longer than most people have been and I am still having a bit of hard time when I am getting paid or paying someone. It’s always a bit of a difficult job because I know that one mistake and I would lose all of my money. It’s easier to be afraid and right than being calm but wrong.

So, I would say that keep that panic mode on at all times when you are dealing with crypto transactions, not during investments though because panic could make you lose money with bad investment decisions, only during transactions. That would make sure that you are doing the right thing at least and that’s why it matters so much.
It was not because you are have been in crypto for many years or just new to this, the thing is that it depends on you personally if you can manage to take bigger responsibility or not. Coz I believe that these new generations are techier and I think they can easily adapt to the situation and make their crypto job well. Besides, it was our personal approach to how this thing been doing, and if we are afraid that certainly will affect our mind and becoming more afraid to try it.

Bitcoin is really easy to use. You just need to download wallet software and you are set to go making transactions imo. Trying using bitcoin beside just reading about it usually makes the beginning much easier. I started education my self about bitcoin by reading the whitepaper and then signing up  for coinbase.com for online wallet. Paying for website hosting etc. was a bliss.

BTC to the MOON in 2019
Saving your funds than earnings more important. If you haven't been using any gateway to receive payment then try to use hardware wallets. It's good practice for crypto and your funds are fully secure. You can't teach your guy in a single day. Teach day by day and chapter by chapter. It's very important to learn double spending scams, so you won't have to lose. For that just make sure the transaction got 1 confirmation at least. So you are in a safe zone.
It won't take so long if the only purpose is to teach his employees how to receive and store securely the funds which I think is the only part they need to learn. For as long as they are interested to learn and could make their job well, they should have to do it. But of course, it was easier to hire people that also have some knowledge in crypto for they are possibly aware of the risk in handling transactions otherwise, OP will spend his time the whole day, unrested just to monitor the whole transactions every day.

It's very unlikely that you would be able to teach cryptocurrency like it was some course in college. Its a growing field and it changes as time goes on as per improvements. Not to mention @OP, your personal knowledge and that is relative to every individual including myself, our knowledge on cryptos is limited. You can't teach and expect them to understand or know what you know all at once or as a group. As much as you would organise classes, you can encourage them to make there own research and also ask questions when confused.
About teaching them, start with the basics. What is Bitcoin? A few history about it, why it was developed, what it's hoped to archive l, how to use it and stuffs like that.

So it was your employee who argues with you about btc but how come when they are only an employee and aren't they scared that they might get fired out for that attitude? In your other thread, I can see that your employee there already knows how to use a btc. Did you replace that employee?

Okay, you can explain btc again to all of your employees and you should tell them to research on their own too as that can save you time explaining btc further. If they still can't understand it then that may be the time to replace them with a more knowledgeable worker or those who already have an existing knowledge in bitcoin. You can put it as one your qualifications.

first of all your employees need to understand the instructions you give them, about confirming the transaction so they know if the payment has been made, giving the customer a valid Bitcoin address and asking them to send the correct amount, and of course teaching them in practice. is the best way about what bitcoin is, and how its transaction system is very different from paper money

for employees that just take payments.. they dont need the jargon explained. they just need to know how to acept payment

As a business owner he is not just concern about teaching his workers how to accept payment with bitcoin but, also want to make the step of teaching them what the blockchain is in general, that what makes him different from the bankers.
He is using every means possible to train and educate everyone around him about bitcoin (crypto currency in General) and i think that's a bold step taken by him.
I understand it might cost him time, but its worth it with the knowledge he is going to gather here, he can succeed in making all his workers understand the process and, save them future errors.

Isn't it that if they are just processing payments, then you just need to teach them how to do it like how you teach them how to use POS? They do not need the nitty gritty details of bitcoin, just how to process the payment and what to do in case transactions get stuck. At least as an employee, that is just what they need to learn.

But of course, if you want them to have knowledge about bitcoin so that they can share it with your customers, then they should start with the basics of bitcoin: transactions, fees, confirmation time, mining, etc.
The OP should have done that before hiring employees if the OP made transactions via bitcoin. Because usually before recruiting employees we look for someone who has already mastered what we need to help us. But that's not a problem, now the OP just needs to slowly teach them to transact directly with bitcoin. For the time being, they just need to understand how to transact, because that's what they need quickly. In the future, the OP can teach more about bitcoin.

Here you have some great contribution to running a business using Bitcoin in the different levels. One is to use Bitcoin as a means of transaction and the other is to create efficient employer to run your business. On the one hand you are successful in running your business and on the other you have great involved in the development of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Those who did not know about Bitcoin now they will know about it and in the future those employees will also be able to play a role in the development of Bitcoin.

Yes this is like a power that is interconnected, humans and bitcoin will become easier in the future. Maybe the initial start will feel so heavy but when you get used to it you will feel the ease that can be obtained by using bitcoin.

It cant really be pertained as some sort of energy that flows but rather just ending up on being a currency although its decentralized but still on the same concept or utility just like we do have in fiat but on having

those notable differences which it is really something that make the community been interested specially into its decentralized factor plus money making opportunity due to volatileness.
Speaking about making it as a salary into your employees or having that payment option then it would really be that understandable that you would be needing
to make them aware about it even with just with the basics.

That was the case OP for this become hard to non-techy people and even you will teach your employee but they never put it their mind and are still afraid to do it, time will just be wasted. I think the best thing to do is to find at least 2 people who could carry such a task and let them work under your supervision until the time has come they can manage to do it alone. As you are just starting accepting Bitcoin and for sure most users are not also know how to transact as well. This is really a hard time for you but I know this will soon get changed once these users and your crew are already familiar with how to do this.

I remember you topic where you said that you are accepting bitcoin for your business and just like many other people who send messages on that topic I was thinking about the challenges of accepting bitcoin for a company and the first thing is to know how to use bitcoin for the people who are responsible for the company for example for you if you have some employees for the business to have to start teaching them about how a bitcoin transaction works, at least they have to know the basics, however, the positive point for them is to gain knowledge in the same time when they are working for you.

I don't think you need to go in-depth that much, especially if they're just employees that accept the payment. Probably make a separate kind of seminar of sorts if you want to fully teach them about Bitcoin, but if it's just payment, then create/adopt a simplified method like qr scanning so that your employees have a much easier time (same as customers), as well as future employees. No need to overcomplicate it but as I said, you can teach them on a different occassion.

It's not like they know what fiat is at it's core tbf, they probably just know it's adopted and accepted globally.

This isn’t tough to be honest. A 13 year old boy can do this if instructed properly.
Your employees need to understand the instructions that you give them regarding accepting the Bitcoins more carefully.
It would be better if you make them understand about Blockchain at first and then into more depth regarding crypto payments.
Great to know that you are accepting payment in Bitcoins, as this will make wider variety of people to do payments to you.

For now you can provide them the details of your wallet address and show them how the fund received can be verified even without the key to access the wallet. So, in your absence they can just check the number of confirmation and let the customers continue their wallet.

The change it have made around the world through the innovation can be taught. Maybe they can get interested and if they request to know about investment and the ways followed, you can teach them later.
Better print the QR Code. I know someone who have business in my country who accepts Bitcoin and the buyer will just scan the QR Code. It also have steps on how to install the wallet. It also accepts other currency that is available in their wallet or an app. This app probably only in our country but it accepts Crypto and can be use in businesses. If there is an mobile app that is much easier to access and use better use it. So it can be explain easily to the employee. Though giving guide or video tutorials for the staff can also help so they can rewarch it to study.

I receive payment directly to the exodus wallet I created for my business.
Exodus wouldn't be my first choice, but that's your decision. If you only accept Bitcoin, it makes more sense to use a Bitcoin-only wallet rather than Exodus, a multi-currency app.

There are very few things that your employees need to know if you think about it.
They need to provide the customer with a valid Bitcoin address and ask them to send the correct amount. Then they need to ensure that the coins were sent and received on the shop's end. If you are reusing the same address, it's even easier and they won't have to generate new addresses. When you have time or when you are in the shop, you can change that address and give them a new one every day or once per week.

How do you handle unconfirmed transactions? Let's say I am a customer looking to buy something with bitcoin. Are you going to make me wait until the transaction gets confirmed on the blockchain or what exactly happens?

Start with everything you know. If you understand enough what you want from your employees, show them the simplest example of what their responsibilities are. Practice is always the best lesson. Learning fully bitcoin, in my opinion, is a completely different task. It also comes from the interest of your employees, whether they need this knowledge or not.
For you, the moment of performing the work that you require should definitely be important; everything else should not lie only on your shoulders. Employee initiative will always be the best assistant.

Why don't you also try to provide a Lightning payment option to your customers? Also, although I'm a user of Exodus myself, please be informed that it is not a totally open-source wallet. It has components that are not open-source. You might want to check out Bluewallet for Lightning payments.

For your employees, teach them about transaction confirmation so that they would know whether the payment is already there. They should know how to check transactions using blockchain explorers like Blockchair. For Bitcoin payments, why don't you just leave a QR code for it? It would be a lot easier for your customers.

Like what was previously posted, these types of movements are what drive the motivation of others to influence them in applying BTC to payment methods.

It can be challenging if you are teaching the fundamentals of BTC to your employees especially if they seem to ignore you, which I hope is not the case. I also do hope that you teach them the basics of BTC, and not just the routinary work of accepting payment, etc. I seriously hope that people would also consider that implementing a crypto payment option will definitely boost its reputation slowly in the market!

This is great. I followed your previous thread. Also, coming back to ask for more hints on what to teach your employees about bitcoin proves that you are committed to making it work. This is my two cents. First, have your employees sign up on Binance or on whatever platform appeals to you. Teach them to buy and sell bitcoin. It sounds crazy but unless they get to understand the importance owning and using bitcoin for transactions from personal standpoint, it will be difficult for them to see the importance in the business.
Signing up without proper knowledge may result in losing the fund.
It should be teaching them first how Bitcoin will work and how it will store in a safe place, let them understand that storing in custodial exchange might have a chance of losing their fund.  After purchasing it should be transferred into the non-custodial wallets.  Transferring crypto isn't reversible, they should be careful with every transaction.

Chose a wallet that you can modify the fee which I think Electrum wallet is enough for this.

You can just simply let them know about scanning the qr or paying with the bitcoin/crypto address if a customer wants to pay through it.
And then, let them have you a call to verify if the payment already arrived on the wallet. There's a trust issue if they're allowed to given access to the wallet itself. But, I think that's the best way on giving them the idea on how their customers should pay you with any crypto you accept.

Teaching people new to the crypto industry may not be easy. It should be started with the easy one, the middle, and then the applicative ones. We know that many people are also willing to be in the crypto world. But they started it wrong because they only consider the profits to gain. I really hope that you will explain these to them. It needs to start with Bitcoin, total supply, and also a utility for recent and the future.
Then, we can continue to describe altcoins. Actually, we can see and find many books and sources to learnabout cryptocurrency easily. At least they also know how to send and accept Bitcoin. So, they will not be trapped,.

if possible, they can create their own trading account in their local crypto exchange if they don't want to sign up in binance. though there's p2p in binance, which they can convert their crypto to their fiat. to give a hands-on experience to your staff, you can send small amount of btc as a start to their account and teach them how to convert it to your fiat. this will give them appreciation that btc indeed has fiat value. so convincing their customers would be easier as they have first-hand experience when it comes to crypto trading.

As an extra tip OP to ensure continuity of this knowledge also since your current staff may not be constant, you can consider properly conveying the knowledge about bitcoin in a form that can just be presented to a new employee if it gets to that, to bring them up to speed. You could compile a good material whether offline (hardcopy) or online (to share the link), so it eliminates the stress involved with teaching new intakes about bitcoin.

Detritus I think for now what you need is a faster way to run your business without any pending work just because you want to tell your employees how to trade bitcoin tutorials. You can do the advice from franky1, because after all the implementation will not be much different. Rather than spending time teaching them about Bitcoin, it might be easier to understand with hands-on training.

I will summarize it into stages according to what franky1 said.

have them book mark a bitcoin price calculator site.
so that when selling goods for $xx.. they can calculate how much btc that totals and ask customer to pay

get your employees to bookmark the blockchain.info/btc/[your address]
on their phone so they can watch for new payments,
the site also displays a QR code for that address the employee can show to customers
.
then the employee just watches for the payment to show in on the page

you could also then code up your own app that automates all of this

Little advice from my self when you accepting bitcoin as payment currency on your business need to teach all your costumer know how to make transaction trough bitcoin. I think you have many kinds bitcoin address payment depending which one asking by your costumer, usually sending bitcoin trough exchange market by lightening network have faster transaction process than sending with different exchange market.

You need to teach your employees ask to costumer which one wallet used for sending payment to your business, maybe some costumer coming from the same exchange market you used and easy sending with the same exchange account trough sending with ID like Binance pay without fees.

If you're getting payments from customers to a wallet, they're paying by sending their BTC directly to a Bitcoin address? How does that work in practice, do they have to wait up to 10 minutes to see the first confirmation of the transaction?
If your employees have trouble understanding how to accept these payments, I think it's best to just make it super easy for customers, so that employees don't have to do much. Something like a QR-code they scan to pay would be nice, and then I assume the job of the employees to check if the transaction received at least one confirmation?
Aside from using a wallet, knowing that a transaction can't be faked and that there's a small chance it won't go through which is why waiting for 1 confirmation is usually reasonable, I don't think they need to know much.
Maybe some basic safety of private keys, a little training of sending and receiving some BTC from one another would also help them get more confident about it.

Exodus wallet is suck, don't use it. It's much better if you're using electrum, but I would recommend to use Bitcoin payment processor e.g. BTCPay.

The first thing is does your employees interested with Bitcoin? If they're don't like or interested with Bitcoin, they wouldn't use Bitcoin. They might use it at the first time or when you ask them to use, but they're use Bitcoin because they're getting forced by you. Any employees mostly agree and following what their boss command, it's not good for them to reject it.

If you want to teach, it's better to teach from the beginning by comparing fiat money and Bitcoin.

You haven't mentioned how you receive Bitcoin. Are you using a payment processor to handle the transactions or do you receive the coins on a private wallet that you have set up? Like Electrum or something similar. You should mention that because it's easier to give proper suggestions when we know what we are dealing with exactly.
I receive payment directly to the exodus wallet I created for my business.

what I'm a little curious about is whether when you receive a payment with bitcoin, you immediately convert it to your local fiat (to avoid bitcoin price volatility)??

by only using the exodus wallet, I think it's inefficient, you should be able to do that automatically because you are doing business and the profit from the sales you get must be for the operational costs of your business (unless you do it for a long-term hold).

I've never tried it myself, but what I've heard is that Binance Pay can be used for businesses that accept payments via crypto including bitcoin, maybe you can find out more about that.

I’m amazed on your enthusiast to teach your customer about Bitcoin while most of this customer usually don’t have to listen on lectures by someone only. In PH most of the customers usually ignores and don’t have interest on listening about the business owners talking about.

What country is your business is? Most the important Bitcoin lecture is on beginners and help section. Just make it simple and quick to avoid confusion that usually discouraged them to learn more.

(....)
OP mentioned they are using the Exodus wallet and the Exodus wallet is a personal wallet different from any payment processor.
At first, thought, using a payment processor is the best way to do it here, especially since the owner sometimes is not around and employees are being in charge of it. There are already a lot of payment processors that will really help your business run smoothly by accepting payments.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
You'd probably have to start by teaching them all and then work out who's more comfortable with using it and take it from there. Learning by a guided workshop will be a lot better than just giving them a list on what to do when accepting payments but that'll take more work.

You could try to scope out whether some employees are already better with technology than others (but this might not help that much as the technology is quite different).

What type of business is it you're running? Do you have to wait for confirmations before the person gets the item? Are the customers local? Is there potential to set up a prepay system for ones who regularly come in so you don't have to confirm the transaction straight away.

Well, if it's all about teaching how to use bitcoin then I will say that you don't have to do the tough job.
There are already so many videos out there on youtube which you can make your employee see and make them understand.
You can talk to them and make them understand how wallets work and how transactions are done practically.
Once they see enough videos and see things practically they will surely understand how the system works.

You become an extraordinary ruler because you have followed the development of technology well. accepting bitcoin payments is certainly an alternative payment option for those bitcoiners who want to use their bitcoins. This is a mini-adoption that utilizes bitcoin as a means of payment in addition to Fiat.
and you currently want to teach your employees, of course, you need to provide the main guidelines or explain in detail what to do when someone wants to pay with bitcoin. Make sure you create an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for bitcoin payments so that your employees just have to run it.

By the way, if you are using an Exodus wallet, of course, it already supports Lightning Network, I suggest including accepting Bitcoin Lightning to make it more efficient because the network costs are cheaper and faster than regular networks.

for employees that just take payments.. they dont need the jargon explained. they just need to know how to acept payment

no business does training days to tell their staff that bank notes are based on inflationary debt where its not actually made of paper but some cottonpaper mixture.. they just say here is the cashtray of a Epos system, type in the amount press total, the tray opens and you put the bank note in and give the customer any change owed

simplest way to accept bitcoin and acknowledge payment

have them book mark a bitcoin price calculator site.
so that when selling goods for $xx.. they can calculate how much btc that totals and ask customer to pay

get your employees to bookmark the blockchain.info/btc/[your address]

Is there a need to convince them as long as they know how to handle Bitcoin/crypto transactions though? I mean, as long as they can still do their job for me it is good enough. Whether they are convinced crypto will stay or not will not be my problem unless you want your employee to use crypto because you like it.

As an alternative, hiring a crypto enthusiast will also solve the problem (create a separate division for crypto transactions).

I used to promote for Newscrypto platform. It has a good amount of resources on the NWC Academy.
You can take some examples. https://app.newscrypto.io/academy

Don't forget to teach about market volatility and how to make basic analysis.

Motto of Bitcoin is: Be your own bank and have full control. Problem is that your own pc may also not be the safest place so then you will need a cold wallet
as well.

starting from the base. I think direct teaching or hands-on practice is the best way. like teaching them how to transact bitcoin. teach them to download bitcoin wallet. and teach them to accept bitcoin. then allow them to send the bitcoins back to your address.
theory is explained while doing direct practice, it will be very easy to understand by your employees. so that when there are customers who will make bitcoin transactions, your employees will not be awkward anymore.

then to further discussion. such as the advantages and risks of bitcoin itself. step by step learning. would be easy to accept. I was taught that way by my seniors.

Although you made good initiatives to launch two businesses that accept Bitcoin as a payment method, you did still not prepare enough for your businesses and your employees.

Let's see Venezuela. Their government made Bitcoin legal tender but they knew that if it is only on social media, very few citizens will experience it by themselves. Therefore, they decided to distribute airdrop to locals. Even though their efforts, so far they have yet achieved big adoption after many months.

You should show them the most necessary for them first.

- How to send and receive Bitcoin via on chain transaction.
- Next, you can teach them about importance of non custodial wallet
- Next, you can guide them what are good non custodial wallets to use, how to install, etc.

Just an advise in addition to steps taken by you, making payments by your customers should be an optional choice left for them to decide and am very sure they cannot engage in making payments with bitcoin without having the experience on how to perform a transaction except to those whom you by yourself introduced to bitcoin and happen to be some of your dedicated customers showing interest in it, but it still need time, enough patience and learning, they need to know much about bitcoin with atleast a year experience or more even before making making transaction payment with it, except for the experience customers as I've said, once accepting bitcoin is part of your payment means, with time it will grow beyond you'd expected.
