I have a paypal that is limited with nearly $100 in it but is a business paypal account.
The previous submission of docs were rejected because they asked to resend them. I think the scans were too faded and not clear enough for them, so if you can modify the date to be within the two month extension of submission and take any date of modification tags etc so they will be accepted then give me your price in order to do this.
